But When You See Yourself Reflected In Our Lives,

I see you're familiar with the ancient refining process, as in Malachi 3:3, when God the Refiner skims off the dross from us until He can see His reflection clearly. Sometimes, He increases the heat in order to overcome particularly severe impurities, and--as you say--that is not always pleasant. But we invited Him to do it when we joined up, and He knows what we can stand.
