How much longer is God going to put up with this. Woe to these apostate churches and any others who have watered down the Scripture.
Romans 1:18-32 says why these advocates of homosexuality behave this way,
I guess Christian churches should not tolerate Christians who actually believe in the teachings of Christ and who subscribe to the actual doctrines of sin and redemption.

Maybe a little ‘harm’ today is better that Hellfire for a long, long time.
Most churches have turned into liberal cult meeting centers. Not any different than most city councils, state and federal government, corporate boards, etc.
To the credit of the cathedral leadership, they did not disinvite him and have not (yet) stooped to issuing some kind of apology. And to Lucado’s credit he did not add salt to the “wound” by using his invitation to preach on homosexuality.

While we were bitching about Sandra Fluke and high taxes, the Left got into virtually every institution that held American values and has systematically destroyed them...and we let them do just that.
Like the saying goes, People who refuse to believe what God says in the Bible WILL believe almost anything else.
Yesterday on the Alpha and Omega show Dr. James White spent the whole show giving a blistering biblical analysis rebutting those try claim that scripture does not condemn homosexuality.

Sp did the Episcopal Church have the Bible reprinted and leave out the seven or so versus where God pretty much condemns sexual perversion of any kind?

I thought Shepard was really murdered, not because he was gay, but because it was a drug deal gone wrong. However, I don’t expect the media to talk about that aspect, since they silenced those reports way back when.

In Canada, quoting that passage would be equivalent to hate speech. I think that’s going to be true in the USA as well, damn the First Amendment.

His mother was in denial and got lots of sympathy from editors and tv news people so the public was suckered just like they are now.

It would seem that Matthew had a meth habit and wasn’t being honest with his (also homosexual) dealer buddies. So they killed him.
Isn’t it strange that cold cases from 25-30 years ago are being reopened and frequently solved using DNA evidence, making front page news with appropriate commendations to stubborn investigators.
Yet here we have a continuing myth that Shepherd’s death was a “hate crime” so we must all share the blame if we oppose his lifestyle.
I’m guilty too.
