No, a tracking chip can’t be the “mark”. Taking the mark means losing any chance of salvation, which means whatever the mark is, the act of taking it is not just sinful or rebellious but is an act that is so egregious God will never forgive it, even though God is a very forgiving god. The only other offense spoken of in the Bible in such similar absolute terms is “blaspheming the Holy Spirit”, said to be the one unforgivable sin.
So it may well be that “taking the mark” and “blaspheming the Holy Spirit” are one and the same thing, but if not, then the act of taking the mark must clearly be a spiritual act that separates one from God forever, and not some mundane thing like we do to our pets every day at the vet’s office.
I do not believe the ‘beast’ is an actual being we are going to be able to see. It will be a system both political and monetary. And I do believe we are witnessing the rise of the beast.

Dr Vernon Coleman, he has many videos about CV19 and the vaccine. He is retired, was a UK NHS GP for 50 years - he has been under attack, too. This is only 9:30 minutes. The most interesting part is that he has uncovered that the UK govt is paying a LOT (65,000 pounds) to social media influencers and celebrities to push for the vaccine.
This other video is a bit alternative, but he does have a lot of documents. Within legitimate science, there are proponents of the ‘No Such Thing as Viruses’ theory as opposed to the majority ‘Germ Theory’. They believe that all viruses are actually exosomes, and this video follows that alternative theory (Antoine Bechamp). BUT the video includes interesting info about Smart Dust, Nanoparticles, Morgellons, why unnecessary deep nasal swabbing for a worthless PCR test (to introduce nanoparticles), implanting everyone to connect them to the cloud, etc. It is very long, 2 hours; it was worthwhile for me because I am extremely opposed to these mRNA technologies.

Not sure though. The Bible talks about an actual person like The False Prophet and the Anti-Christ. In some ways you can make fake ID’s as well as vaccination passports - maybe. Some of those vaccines have a marker in them so there is that.

But while I agree with Dr Marshall that the physical phylactery is not the OT intent, Revelation uses a specific Greek word for the mark of the beast indicating a physical mark, a tattoo, a brand, of some kind, and not merely keeping Satanic thoughts in mind or in works of hands. I don’t think the mark of the beast is spiritual only, and it must be visible in some manner since it is needed to buy & sell. Strong’s #G5480 charagma χάραγμα
I believe the mark of the beast will be the occult symbol star of chemosh aka star of remphan (the modern lie is to call it the Seal of Solomon or Star of David).
Dr Marshall brings up the often pitched canard about Nero fulfilling Revelations as 666, although Nero never tattooed everyone with his name or number, nor did he perform many of the other detailed actions. He says the Antichrist will have the character and behavior of Nero, and that does make sense.
PS - Your link led me to Dr Marshall’s interpretation of Catherine Emmerlich’s two popes vision. That was an even better video, very informative and relates to today, to anti-Pope Francis quite well.
