What's stopping Archbishop Cordileone from excommunicating her?

The “supposed” bishops and cardinals make a big show AFTER THE VOTING...Barely a peep out of them before....
Chances are Piglosi would look to Rome for a reprieve, and she would get it.
This Archbishop is one of the good ones.
The bishops and cardinals are wetting their panties over the prospect of bringing in hordes of 3rd worlders to replace the Americans they’ve failed to evangelize.

I cannot think of a more “manifest grave sin” than using a position of power to increase abortion here and around the world. Excommunication is now rare, but if anyone needs it, it’s Biden and Pelosi.
I’m not going to defend all the bishops, but I am going to defend Cordileone on this one. He responded quickly to Pelosi’s latest outrageous pro-abortion comments. And, yes, the bishops should be making more pro-life comments before elections, but left’s face it, there are places where it might help and there place where it’d make zero difference either wya. Cordileone’s diocese (San Francisco, Marin, San Mateo) ain’t flipping to Trump no matter what the good archbishop says or when he says it.
True enough...But talking big before elections shows true Catholics you do believe in the teachings........Whether they vote for your guy or not.....
Cardinals and bishops have done a grave disservice to the church...YOU STAND UP FOR THE FAITH...Period...Whether you’re liked or not....You condemn heretics like Pelosi,Biden,even Fr Martin.....
As far as I’m concerned this statement seems to speak from two sides of one’s mouth.
And yet he gives credit to Biden for calls to “unity”. What a crock.
While they were a small minority, more Catholic pastors and church officials flat out renounced Biden and told him he is not welcome to receive communion at their church until he repents of his pro-abortion views, than the number of Baptist pastors and church officials who renounced Kamala Harris and did the same.
In fact, I haven't seen ONE Baptist pastor or church leader take that step, even the "most conservative" traditional, bible-beliving Baptist churches seem to be looking the other way at Kamala Harris calling herself a "person of faith" and presenting herself in public as a good Christian. By all accounts she is welcomed with open arms at any Baptist church around the country that she goes to.

All of that red they wear is to symbolize their willingness to die for the faith.
He;s a VERY HOLY MAN!! 90% of these “leaders” would have said nothing. And you have no idea if he has told the Priests NOT to give her Holy Communion.....he probably has though.
They should change the color to yellow.....
And change their title to Canaries.

You’re right; I have no idea of what he told his priests.
But I do know that he hasn’t excommunicated the witch, which is certainly within his power.
