"How can you collaborate with such a heinous crime?" - Bishop Athanasius Schneider answered to a nurse who asked what she should do as her job forces her to administer Covid-19 vaccinations produced with cell lines harvested from aborted children.
Schneider told LiveFatima.io (January 14, video below) “not to do it in any case, this is impossible." He considers the material cooperation with these vaccines “evil” and a “monstrous crime,” especially in the current context of a daily increasing abortion industry and foetal technology.
“This is cannibalism,” he said stressing that one child was cruelly murdered and used to produce the vaccine. Schneider tells the nurse to rather lose all earthly things and to give up her life than to commit this sin consciously.

Did you ever hear about Arianism and how the vast majority of Catholic bishops fell for it?
Go ahead, Jeff. Take your vaccine; but please say a prayer for the baby girl who was sacrificed for it's development and those still being sacrificed today for fetal research as long as sucker Catholics continue to accept this evil, Mengelian science.
You go your way with Bergoglio; I'll stick with bishops Scheider and Vigano.
Amen!
I will follow the eminently holy and thoroughly orthodox Bishop Thomas Olmstead.

Whatever floats your boat.
In case you’re not familiar with Bishop Thomas Olmstead, he’s the Bishop whose refusal to allow Catholic Healthcare hospitals to refer patients to abortionists caused them to change their name to Dignity Healthcare.

I’m quite familiar with him. Thanks anyway.
Instead of being flippant, why not study the issues?

A foolish and inaccurate statement. There are no fetal cells in the two vaccines.
It is addressed in the artice:
https://dphx.org/diocese-of-phoenix-statement-on-covid-19-vaccines/
That line of human cells is HEK-293, a kidney cell line widely used in research and industry that comes from a fetus aborted in about 1972 (49 years ago); and PER.C6, a proprietary cell line owned by Janssen, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, developed from retinal cells from an 18-week-old fetus aborted in 1985 (36 years ago). Those cells are not always used in the vaccine. They are also used to test vaccines. Such cells are used for rubella, chickenpox, hepatitis A, and shingles. They have also been used to make approved drugs against diseases including hemophilia, rheumatoid arthritis, and cystic fibrosis. So, if your are planning to get your shingles vaccination, you will have to consider time in the confessional explaining your “mortal sin” to a confused priest.
Researchers at the University of Pittsburgh used HEK-293 cells to manufacture the coronavirus’ spike protein—a vital part of its structure—which is used to trigger an immune response.
You stick with Olmstead; I'll stick with Schneider and Vigano.
It appears foolish only to fools who try to justify infanticide research to preserve their own health. Go for it.
While using an aborted fetal cell line in testing is certainly regrettable, I don't follow the logic that the vaccine is eternally tainted by that association. Would you feel the same way if a cell line derived from an adult murder victim and used without his or her permission had been used for testing? We could go further: are you certain that you never use anything tested on animals in a cruel way? (Cruelty to animals is a sin, too, and can certainly be a mortal sin.)
Now, on the other hand, IIRC the Johnson & Johnson vaccine (not approved yet) IS produced using aborted fetal cell line tissue. That's more of an issue to me.
What ever floats your boat, Campion.
Any vaccine developed with the use of aborted fetal stem cells, whether in testing or actual production, is an issue with me.
I can’t imagine a more certain path to eternal damnation than drinking (or injecting) baby soup.
It's "an issue" to me, too. It remains to be seen if there will be another option. By the way, all chickenpox (and I think also shingles -- same virus) vaccines, at least some rubella vaccines, and one rabies vaccine are directly produced, not just tested, in fetal tissue cell cultures.
