Dual covenant theology is a lie.
Israel has a covenant with God and The Church (which has a Jewish remnant as it’s members) has promises from Christ.
The Church and Israel are two distinct entities with different destinies.
This has nothing to do with the Pre-Tribulation Rapture of the Church.
