What most people do not know is that the Satan Council (1962-1965) was convened for the purpose of destroying the Catholic Church. It has achieved its goal and transformed the Holy Catholic Church into a protestant sect. Francis is an imposter masquerading as the Pope.
The Pope, on dogmatic matters, when speaking ex-cathedra, is infallible.
On political or environmental or other matters, he gives his opinion and shows himself as very uninformed (to say the least).
So, this Catholic isn’t going to vote for Biden, so Francis can “signal” any way he likes
