ol timey Catholics of Irish and Polish and Italian, etc heritage KNEW how to enjoy life and showed it well at weddings and even funerals...priest would not hesitate to have a drink with fellow Catholics.....

All I can say is I’m glad I got my share of ‘divine pleasures’ before I got older with health issues.

I've always been of the opinion that they are mutually exclusive. Either you're a catholic or you're a Christian.
