It’s interesting in the painting of God giving life to Adam they both are depicted having navels; in fact, all paintings of Adam and Eve show them having navels.

I don't know about ALL; but the one's Google® pulls up sure do!

I'd think that at LEAST Adam would show a scar where his rib had been.
