If you read the explanation it probably was innocent. It’s his wife’s pregnant assistant, a costume party, and his wife or her husband probably took the picture.
A generation of low brow and gross out comedy has led to the loss of a sense of personal dignity that used to be a mark of responsible adulthood. Fundamental cultural norms though cannot be flouted indefinitely and tend to be reasserted in inconvenient ways. Jerry Falwell, Jr. now offers an instructive example that may become a spur toward the renewal of American culture.

It shows him in a silly posture of shaking his finger, as if at sin.
The implication: Hypocrite.
Knowing that almost no one reads the entire article anymore,
the pertinent info is buried near (but not at) the bottom.
The pertinent info shows that he was silly, even stupid,
basically male, but not whoremongering.
For those who don’t know, they were at a party where people were dressed as characters from a television show, The Trailer Park Boys, which began about 20 years ago.
Dumb move for a man in his position to post a picture with his fly unzipped, but it’s particularly choice for a fat slob like Megan McCain to whine about it, taking a break from her usual routine of promoting feminism and homosexuality. Same for S.E. Cupp. Both of them would have been fine with him participating in a “pride” march in drag, but this picture is just so very horrible. Yeah, whatever. Bad judgment on his part, as it made it way too easy for enemies to pounce.
Whoever ends up replacing him will be worse. His faults do not include pushing gay stuff and feminism into the church. It’s a shame, but it’s his mistake.
His late father would certainly disapproved of this jackass stunt by junior.
