How is blowing up ‘their own innocent people who live in Beirut’ against Hizbollah? Did God not also create those innocent people killed? Bad guys doing bad things killing innocents happens all the time, and we normally don’t think God is behind it.

It's a known fact that Hezbollah stores munitions, arms and bomb making supplies all over the place to use against Israel (see Hezbollah Hoarded Fertilizer That Blew Up Beirut, Planned to Use it Against Israel in 'Nuclear' Style Attack). I don't believe Israel was behind this terrible incident in Beirut but perhaps Almighty God had something to do with it.

At this point Lebanon is a failed state that has been bankrupted by Hezbollah.
