Andrew Case, Ph.D. is a minister, psychologist, and organizational consultant.

Gee, how did I know that this self centered, self serving, short sighted racist was a psychologist?

I just read something on FR a few days ago that made mention of that but a google search does not show anything else except Dennis Shaver.

But then again, I don’t expect it to be easy to find out information like that.

I can only find the race of the victims of the shootings, not the race of the LEO who did it.

So is there really only ONE incident in the whole country ever where a black officer shot and killed a white person?

I find that a bit implausible.

Dillon Taylor, Salt Lake City

Ariel Roman, Chicago

Those are the two I remember off the top of my head.

RE: Dillon Taylor, Salt Lake City

I looked up Bron Cruz, the Police officer who shot Dillon Taylor ( who's white ), Officer Cruz is Non-white but I don't think he's black ( name is Hispanic ).

Dillon Taylor is the picture on the right. Now this is a clear cut case of a BLACK Police Officer ( a woman ) shooting an unarmed white man.

RE: Ariel Roman, Chicago

This is the picture of Ariel Roman.

Now this is a clearcut case of a BLACK Police officer ( a woman ) shooting an unarmed white man.

The Officer's is name is Melvina Bogard. Her partner, Bernard Butler is also black...

Lots of blacks have Hispanic names. In fact a lot of Hispanics have middle eastern names.

Just remembered another, Gerald Goines in Houston, the victims were Rhogena Nicholas and Dennis Tuttle.

This is one I have been yelling about for about a year or so now but I actually forgot that Goines was black.

This is why I have no respect for BLM. They focus on a very tiny sliver of the problem and only focus on skin color. I find police abuse and over reach repulsive and I don't care what shade of skin any of the involved happen to have.

Breonna Taylor is a case of police over reach.

Floyd may or may not be.

Rayshard Brooks was a justified shoot.

Ahmaud Arbery was not the fault of the police at all and was probably a justified shoot. Not a good shoot but still legally justified.

The author groups them all together and has made no attempt to look at what happened to them in context, he only can see the color of their skin. I think Martin Luther King would be ashamed of him.

Dear black pastors, can you please educate us on what your responsibilities are to build a unified country and diminish racism?

Let me guess, that is an offensive question. Can you educate your parishioners that every time they steal something or get violent that they are fostering racism? No, of course not. This is a one sided thing.

This is the real problem. If you attend a church that preaches a social gospel, you are receiving “spiritual food” that does not nourish the soul. It is, in effect, spiritual junk food.

The two great commandments (as preached by Christ) are to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and to love your neighbor as yourself. The order is important. Loving God apart from His own divine intervention (apart from His in-dwelling Spirit) is impossible. Loving God is seeking Him by a sincere faith (”If you seek Me with all your heart, you will find Me”). It is the prostration of one’s soul before an absolutely holy, righteous, just, perfect God and realizing, like the prophet of old “woe is me, for I am undone. I am a man of unclean lips,” and then receiving His mercy (withholding of divine judgment for sin) and His grace (unmerited favor that enables one to walk in faith). Loving God is, a personal dedication and devotion to His perfect will. This means sin consciousness, sin avoidance and seeking cleansing for when one falls (Be ye holy, for I am holy).

The second commandment, loving your neighbor as yourself, is the focus of a social gospel message. It may carry a reminder of the first commandment, but the focus is on the second. It is an attempt to clean up the mess on earth by identifying and drawing attention to its social ills. Sounds good, but it cannot succeed (”apart from Me, you can do nothing”). While it is true that Christ came to “speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves”, He never came to serve groups, mobs, classes, whole swaths of society. And He never came to fix society. He came to seek and fix individuals (”My kingdom is not of this world”). He builds His church one saved sinner at a time. He never came to change society, but to rescue those who, by “virtue” of their sinful nature, were part and parcel of a fallen people who make up society. By seeking to carry out a “social gospel” without there being an emphasis on godliness (God-likeness) which means the removal of personal sin (so that those sinners might come to God by faith for salvation) there will be no long lasting impact - you haven’t been the vessel of change of the sinner that Christ commanded “go ye into all the world and preach the gospel,” You are, in effect, acting contrary to His purposes (and what did He tell Peter when he tried to do that? - “Get ye behind Me, Satan. You are an offense to Me; for you mind not the things of God, but those that be of men”) The true gospel is not about changing society, but about changing sinners.

"America has a sin problem. The world has a sin problem, ma’am, okay?" the second officer explained. "Jesus said, ‘I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to Father except through Me.’ America and the world has a sin problem. You understand me? That’s where racism, injustice, and hate and anger and violence come from. It’s not about racism."

You know who that reminds me of? Phil Robertson of Duck Dynasty/The Unashamed Podcast!
