Black pastor’s need to teach their flocks how to eat, how to manage their money and how to manage intimate relationships properly.
When they accomplish that, then they need to go to poor white areas and show poor whites how to do the same thing.
That may cool some of the helpless envy these folk feel.

Never been a big fan of black clergy preaching politics from the pulpit either.
When will “black pastors” teach on the sin of bidding “Godspeed” -voting, supporting for politicians that legislate immorality as homosexuality and murder/abortion? When will they preach against the sin of spreading of the legs and fornicationg (1 Cor 6:9) having children out of wedlock with fathers that refuse to care for their own children they sire, 1 Tim 5:8?

I have no doubt that some racial injustice and insensitivity exists. My view is that blacks have been hyper-sensitized about race and injustice to the point where they perceive injustice and racism where it does not exist. Most folks look out for themselves in the world and it comes down to people living with a “Me first” attitude. That sort of thing happens to me on a regular basis. I shrug it off as someone who is not considerate of others, or being just plain rude. But I see hyper-sensitized blacks interpreting the very same circumstance as an issue of race. In the vast, vast number of cases, race is not a factor at all.
We just need to get back to basics . . . ON BOTH SIDES! First, recognize that socialism/ Marxism is an evil, murderous ideology that steals freedom and lives. Second, put into practice again the true and time tested Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Those two basics would cure about 99% of all our problems.
If I made a list of the 100 most common sins in America, racism wouldn’t make the cut. If I made a list of things the black community suffers from, racism wouldn’t make the cut. Blacks kill more blacks in one weekend in Chicago alone than all the cops of America kill for questionable causes - and yes, cops also kill white guys for questionable causes.
Time for Race Card Drivers, be it NASCAR or the pulpit, to stop looking for the Boogieman under their collective beds and start working on things like unwed mothers having multiple babies. And gangs. And drugs.

The problem is sin in every form, Sir. The duty of a true preacher of the gospel will focus on getting people (of any melanin amount) into eternity by teaching repentance of sin and accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior (John 3).

You use the PLURAL term cops, which means there has been more than once instance of this.
Other than the shooting of the white woman in Minneapolis by the black Somalian immigrant cop, can you cite other examples?
