Along with the angels, we are glad and rejoice and give You glory because You reign! We declare, “Jesus is Lord of all and He is so good to us”

By Your Word and Spirit, You always direct our eyes to You. No matter what trial, temptation, tribulation or heartache, You are the answer. “For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope. Now may the God of patience and comfort grant us to be like-minded toward one another, according to Christ Jesus, that we may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Romans 15:4-6) “Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices; My flesh also will rest in hope.” (Psalms‬ ‭16:9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬)

You are our faithful God and our strong Tower. Our joint resolution for 2020 is that we will be faithful watchmen on the walls, giving You no rest until our Nation is a praise to You in the earth.

We realize that “those in authority” are not always the elected officials we see and hear about, but advisors and political operatives planning in the background. We don’t know their names, but we pray for them today. We join our hearts with Yours in praying that they be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus,”I (Timothy‬ ‭2:4-5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬). We pray that You would give them wisdom, skill and understanding. When their insights and conclusions are the result of Your grace, give them and “their” ideas favor. Bless them with protection, enlightenment, grace and mercy in Your will. For those operating in the background funding and planning things against Your will, we trust You for appropriate vengeance.

Thank You for calling us all here at Free Republic and for the marvelous, godly relationships that have been birthed here. We love and honor You in the name of Jesus. Amen.

FATHER, we are blessed that You heard our prayers and presented a warrior to fight for us.
