Church beats up their pastor after he bought a range rover. Demand their tithe refund

A church congregation tired of sowing seeds and not being able to harvest anything have unleashed their wrath on their pastor who came to the church in a new range rover.

The Ghanian pastor is said to have continuously asked his church congregation to give out tithe to receive more blessings. The church gave all they could but as days went by, their blessings showed no signs of knocking on their doors.

The young pastor was nabbed while entering a government building compound with his wife seated at the passenger’s seat. The youth of his church pounced on the preacher and his wife and gave them a thorough beating.

While roughing them up, they demanded that the pastor gave them back the tithes they had given at the church or else face their wrath. His wife tried pleading with the youths as his husband was clobbered mercilessly.

he should of just said it belonged to the church and that he owns nothing, but only uses it.
hey! that works for the Pope!

Do you really believe that the Pope thinks that he "owns" all those masterpieces in the Vatican? The DAVID?
Either you've been drinking too much or haven't CLUE one about how the Vatican works.
But, you seem obsessed with him. I wonder why. Haven't you ANYTHING else in this world to think about?
Why are you so VERY concerned about someone you have NOTHING to do with? What's it to you anyway?
But, if it gives you SUCH pleasure to bash him...then go ahead. Pope bashing seems to be a hobby with people like you: many lacunas in your little world.

Lol. You need a life.

GOD BLESS YOU!

My family in Arkansas and Oklahoma are good Christians. Go to church at least twice a week and tithe. I was visiting my cousin in Arkansas who lives on 7 acres. We were out riding the 4 wheelers when I saw this huge house had been built on the acreage next to his. I said whoa! That’s one nice house! He said...yeah, that belongs to our ex pastor. I said...ex? He said...yeah, when we saw him having that built we switched churches. lol

When ministers are hired for a parish are they vetted in any way? THAT would be the way to find out about his/her finances and such.

Just curious. No insult intended.

Harsh. (Might be justified.)

Preacher Dad always drove a crap car — all we could afford. When we needed to add on to the church building, he volunteered to take a cut in his salary, and did. Preachers who live high off the hog, and higher than their parishioners ... I’m a little suspicious.

For a time I was in insurance. Fraud course was interesting. Top two professions for those who commit fraud are teachers and preachers. Firefighters and police were in the top ten as well.

Interesting.

Both teachers and preachers aren't paid very much.
Firefighters and police have VERY dangerous jobs and no amount of money can make up for the danger they face.

But fraud doesn't have ANYthing to do with any one of those professions; it has to do with dishonesty.

no.. that was exactly my point!

The Pope gets to live in a palace and live a life of extreme luxury while simultaneously claiming to be poor. I said the preacher dude should of done the same.

When it comes to the Papacy I have to say that you sound like a 100% ignoramus. No insult intended but simply the truth. Lol.

The Apostolic Palace (Latin: Palatium Apostolicum; Italian: Palazzo Apostolico) is the official residence of the pope, the head of the Catholic Church, located in Vatican City. It is also known as the Papal Palace, the Palace of the Vatican and the Vatican Palace.

The Pope LIVES in a palace. This is a FACT.

I have NO IDEA what you are talking about.

The dude lives in a PALACE! The Pope lives like a king. The fact that none of it’s his and he can’t pass it on to anyone when he dies is not important. No one can take their wealth with them. So the fact that the Pope cant either ... big deal! he doesn’t have any kids anyway.
