Lord God Jesus Christ our Healer and Savior, we pray and beseech Thee to bring Thy young servant Jaxson to complete healing. May the suitable transplant be found and his health restored.

Just wanted to thank everybody once again for all your prayers and give a quick update with great news!!
Praise the Lord, we got our Christmas miracle... They took Jaxson down to change his PTC tube this morning and found no blockages. When they brought him back up to his room they told them they were going to discharge him and just have us monitor it at home... so Jaxson won’t spend Christmas in the hospital and we will have the whole family together...
Now for a little rant on the current state of air travel...
The Hospital gave them vouchers to fly home on Southwest, but they could not get a flight until after Christmas so my mom got them flights on American Airlines... but I am a little disappointed with their latest scam... It was over $1600 for 3 last minute reservations for the flight and then when we went to pick seats, it was an extra charge again... they had a handful at $28, but they were all scattered single seats, to get 2 together, it was another $53 so $1600 for the flight and another $160 for an actual seat on the flight...
When my daughter was called for her transplant in another state her daddy who was back home had to get there in a hurry. The airline nailed him an enormous fee. We went to the doctor about this and they wrote a letter to the airline that he presented and received a refund. Maybe try that.
Glad he’s coming home :)

Thank you! We will have to try that, I tried to call today first, before booking it and could not get any real person on the phone... Probably because of Christmas eve and bad weather back East.
We figured we would get them home now and try to get something back after the holidays...
I expected it to be a lot with no notice on Christmas eve... the bummer was the scam for selling us a seat after selling us an inflated short notice ticket for the flight...
Great idea though, a letter from a Dr like that might help in the battle.

they treated me like a king back then.
One day sanity may return to airtravel though
I’ve been reluctant to pray for such a thing
perhaps now we have good reason to.
