Since the term, “Christian Fundamentalist” is mostly used to describe low-church Protestants (Primitive Baptist, Assembly God,various Pentecostals) is he saying that Protestantism needs to be abolished?

Within liberal Catholic circles it is used to describe traditionally minded Catholics, especially those who go to the Latin Mass. He has shown that he has no problems with Protestants, at least with the liberal variety.

No. He means Christian fundamentalists, and he probably doesn’t know exactly what it means. There’s a common misconception that it means interpreting the Bible literally from start to finish.

In any case, I’m sure he means evangelicals, but he didn’t want to say that. We are the greatest enemy of the New World Order. We are in the crosshairs. We are mostly invisible, but will become visible when we refuse to go along with the plan.
