Earlier today I saw the correspondence of an angry conservative who was tired of the negativity of other conservatives. He raged that all we do is continually point out the bad. He went on to accuse those who focus on the negative trends as cowards, treacherous, and treasonous...fat asses who sit on their couches and whine with no action. My first inclination was to ask, "Who are you calling treacherous?" "Real brave sitting behind your computer...and not to my face where you would certainly be challenged to back up your words." "I may be fat, but what do you expect me to do beyond writing, voting, fighting for truth, and paying taxes?"
However I think I understand my fellow conservative's problem. I can see why he is upset given the dire situation we are in as a nation. He is merely voicing his natural hope that we can stem the evil tide. In a sense, he is preaching (or yelling at) the choir. Many of us have served our country in war time, put our lives on the line for God and Country. We have lost jobs because of not going along with Gay Pride Month. We have been called haters, right wing extremists, and fundamentalists because we believe in God’s word and America's God Given constitution. By now, we are used to getting yelled at, so receiving a tongue lashing by our own is not unexpected. His problem is trying to be positive in negative times. He is looking for good in a time of evil.
Ecclesiastes 3:8 A time to love, a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
The truth is we live in extremely negative times. Pointing out the negative (God awful) truth is fitting, realistic, and quite simply the truth! To be irrationally positive would be wrong. Historically, in desperate times like this, pointing out the negative was only bad for false prophets and lying politicians. They say, "peace! peace!" When there is no peace. How can make peace with enforced LGBTI indoctrination of our kids? Or the trafficking of baby body parts? Or forced socialistic atheism? Can we be positive when liberal politicians are discussing forced confiscation of our weapons and nuking those who resist? How can we positively spin a current government coup at the highest levels? Or be positive while watching the slow motion French Revolution of America right before our eyes? The positivists call us traitors?!? We are not liars.

Jesus Christ had nothing positive to say about the wicked and perverted generation He lived in. He did not give them a self help sermon, or a feel good message on positivity, or discuss the laws of attraction. Why? Judgment and destruction were coming in a few short years! God's own nation, Israel, who rejected their God was about to be destroyed in God's judgment! Today in America we are in a similar situation. America has forsaken God and our system has been weaponized against those of us who disagree. In light of our impending cultural collapse and financial doom, should we be positive? Shouldn't we be saying, "Come quickly Lord Jesus!?" I cannot cheer while watching the Fowler set the trap for us and our children.
Yes, Trump is the best President of our lifetime. But where are the arrests? Where are the orange jumpsuits and chains? Where are the perp walks and mugshots? Where are they? The fact is that whoever is actually in charge of our country will not allow Trump to get this done. This is America's hour of darkness. The hour of the power of evil...whoever they are. To not see this is ignorance! This is not the time for positivity.
If your theology is wrong, you will not do well in the coming judgment. No one but Bible Believers are going to see and hear. If you are a Kingdom Now, or Dominionist Calvinist (or Roman Catholic) person who thinks that Christians are going to rise up and take over the world for Christ, you will be disappointed. What will you do when medieval, or middle eastern style, Christian persecution begins? What will you do when Christians are forced to either take the "Mark of the Beast" or die staying true to Christ?

True Christians are preparing themselves and their kids for that day. Are you cheer leading for positivity? Better wake up, because this country is headed for hell. The only true hope we have is the return of Jesus Christ to fight for us (hopefully the Rapture). We are in the days of Noah...the days of Sodom...the last days. Just as God's nation Israel, has been reestablished for the final judgment, America and the world are queued up. Now is not the time for positivity, because the same demonic spirits working in people that kill our babies and euthanize our old people...are coming after us. Trump is trying to stop them...but he has little power against these forces. And they know it. Do you?

Don’t be scared get on your knees and start praying in the mornings and I assure you that as soon as you finish your prayers you’ll start feeling God’s peace! I believe there will be remnants of all Christian denominations act as Saints in this time.
Common men will be trivialized with his own interpretations of doctrine, one can be led astray or to peace. However, the test will be in the heart of the soul.

Theology wonks hit hardest. Meanwhile, Jesus is out healing people. No wonder he had to go directly to the people outside of the established order. With all the rules, regulations, administrative costs and lawyers, only the system benefits. The regular folks saw what he was all about and caught on quickly that he was the only doc in town. No competition.
Smaller government... greater personal responsibity... a can-do spirit burning the midnight oil to get 'r done, in order to cut out the dead weight and simplify. Fresh air and sunshine and all that.
Those dependent upon the system would do anything to get a guy like that with that kind of messge off of center stage.
Living parable:
President Trump is leading the way to real change, which is the maverick solution for business, the pattern to follow (emulate). Those gunning for the exits are the Once-Hired-Always-Hired union and government types eyeing the clock at 1PM on a Friday afternoon.
All Jesus has to do is show up on a Friday at 5 o'clock to see who is still at work. No crowds, and really easy for him to find a parking spot.
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
The Messiah is the last guy to be fixated on a clock. He's too busy loving what he does: caring for people with all of his heart, mind, and soul. <--- "Follow me."

Just one little point, “rapture” is not biblical.
