Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives that there -- that there be appropriated, as a loan, a sum sufficient to create a national boys camp, to be paid back to the United States Treasury by contributions from Boys of America. This camp, to be situated on the land at and adjacent to the headwaters of a stream known as Willet Creek in Terry Canyon, for the purpose of bringing together boys of all walks of life from various parts of the country -- boys of all creeds, kinds, and positions -- to educate them in American ideals, and to promote mutual understanding, and to bring about a healthful life to the growing youth of this great and beautiful land.

Heavenly FATHER, we lift up all the boys, young men, fathers, future fathers, and the fatherless of our nation. We continue to mourn for the lives lost and we praise you for the heroes - especially those who put their lives on the line in El Paso and Dayton, in order that others may live. They are not anomalies. They represent the beating heart of America. We praise you for the leaders we have in Donald Trump and Mike Pence - who feel burdened for the men who have been lost and forgotten in our country, especially our vets.

Forgive us for failing to treasure the precious national heritage we've inherited, and neglecting to pass on the godly principles of faith and freedom rooted in Scripture and enshrined in our Declaration and Constitution. Please restore to our nation's children the sense of purpose, identity, and duty that is the birthright of every human being. And restore to men especially, from every walk of life, their calling of leadership and of serving something greater than self.

We lament and grieve for the debris, wreckage, and ashes lay strewn across our blood-soaked land, but we are reminded that LORD, you are the GOD of the Resurrection. YOU are the GOD of Restoration. And You are NOT limited by our weaknesses nor by time nor by the determined plans of the Enemy. So we come to You and plead that You bring back our lampstand, in the spirit of Revelation 2:5, and lead us back to the deeds we did at first!

We come against the spirits of suicide, of addiction, of depression, of psychosis, and violence. We come against satanism, witchcraft, hatred, debauchery, and sexual disorientation. We come against the Jezebel spirit and excesses of feminism designed to pit women against men. Against family discord and neglect. We plead your blood of protection over schools and all public spaces - and we rebuke the spirit of fear and confusion in our midst. We pray for a renewal of our media, pop culture, education system, and government. We ask that You breathe life back into churches and lead the lost and astray to churches conforming to Your kingdom, not to the world.

And finally, please appoint, assign, and activate men of GOD to lead your children across this land back to the truth. Please embolden all the women of God to encourage and speak life to the boys and men you've entrusted to their love and care. And illuminate for each of us, the tasks You've appointed for us to do, the prayers You would have us to pray, and the words You would have us to speak to that end -- never underestimating how even the smallest or most invisible of acts can have eternal reverberations.

In JESUS' name, AMEN.

You see, boys forget what their country means by just reading The Land of the Free in history books. Then they get to be men they forget even more. Liberty's too precious a thing to be buried in books, Miss Saunders. Men should hold it up in front of them every single day of their lives and say: I'm free to think and to speak. My ancestors couldn't, I can, and my children will. Boys ought to grow up remembering that.

For the only reason any man ever fights for them. Because of just one plain simple rule. Love thy neighbor. And in this world today of great hatred a man who knows that rule has a great trust. You know that rule Mr. Paine and I loved you for it just as my father did. And you know that you fight harder for the lost causes than for any others. Yes you'd even die for them.

I wouldn't give you two cents for all your fancy rules if, behind them, they didn't have a little bit of plain, ordinary, everyday kindness and a little looking out for the other fella, too.

Father, we pray specifically for every son, grandson, nephew, great nephew, cousin or student of those gathered here to pray. Let not one be lost from Your grace. We believe You for whatever it takes to bring them safely into Your Kingdom as servants and disciples.
