An exploration of the doctrine of the Church of Latter day Saints by Tim Conway.
NO!
Is this a serious question?
Of course not.
I thought Tim Conway died?
Yes. Like Catholics and protestants, they accept Jesus as the Son of God. They are in like flynn. Nothing else matters. No one else has eternal life. ZERO.
Simple answer is no
They worship a different Jesus
The comedian is still alive. He’s 85
There are so many false gospels with false, counterfeits of Jesus.
The First Vision story, the foundational story of Mormonism, condemns all Christian churches in general and Presbyterianism in particular.
The Presbyterians were most decided against the Baptists and Methodists, and used all the powers of both reason and sophistry to prove their errors, or, at least, to make the people think they were in error. On the other hand, the Baptists and Methodists in their turn were equally zealous in endeavoring to establish their own tenets and disprove all others . My object in going to inquire of the Lord was to know which of all the sects was right, that I might know which to join. No sooner, therefore, did I get possession of myself, so as to be able to speak, than I asked the Personages who stood above me in the light, which of all the sects was right (for at this time it had never entered into my heart that all were wrong)and which I should join. I was answered that I must join none of them, for they were all wrong; and the Personage who addressed me said that all their creeds were an abomination in his sight; that those professors were all corrupt; that: they draw near to me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me, they teach for doctrines the commandments of men, having a form of godliness, but they deny the power thereof. He again forbade me to join with any of them; and many other things did he say unto me, which I cannot write at this time. When I came to myself again, I found myself lying on my back, looking up into heaven. When the light had departed, I had no strength; but soon recovering in some degree, I went home. And as I leaned up to the fireplace, mother inquired what the matter was. I replied, Never mind, all is wellI am well enough off. I then said to my mother, I have learned for myself that Presbyterianism is not true. Joseph SmithHistory 1:9, 18-20.
In other words, Mormons have total, complete, utter contempt for my belief in Jesus Christ as the Eternal Son of God.
Every Morman I have known has been a nice person. I remind myself that the Bible says that we will be known by our fruits and they seem to be producing good citizens.
On the other hand some of their beliefs strike me as really strange. Not my idea of a Christian religion at all.
Hes aging well!
Every single false gospel-and all of the largest cults to this day-rely upon encounters with “angels” and a repudiation of Scripture.
Not him. This is some much younger guy. As much as I’d like to learn theology from Ensign Parker or Dorf on Golf, this other guy isn’t really worth listening to, IMHO.
Mormonism is, in a sense, Family-Friendly Freemasonry. One look at their symbology and their architecture should tell you that.
No, they are an Americanized form of Islam!
This is probably the comedian’s son, also “Tim”. I’ve seen him interviewed by the owner of OANN, and Conway is very conservative. He has a talk show — at least he did.

Every new offshoot religion is viewed with suspicion. For Jews, Christianity is heresy. For Catholics, Protestantism is heresy. Methodism was heresy for Anglicans. For Many Christians, Mormonism is heresy. I believe religion is man’s attempt to understand God and to help create a civil society. I think the Mormons are okay. We don’t have to worry about them blowing up people, raping, or pillaging because we aren’t Mormons.
