Adultery/fornication (chronic) by my first husband was the reason my annulment was granted in 2004 by the Archdiocese of New Mexico and the diocese of Phoenix.

False; adultery is not grounds for an annulment. No problem. It is biblical for divorce... and while divorce is found in Scripture, annulment is not. Better to follow God's Word.
