This Cossack story is mostly harmless silliness, but I have also joined "the war on plastics" - our oceans are freaking disgusting. 95% of the plastic trash in the ocean can be traced back to 10 rivers, 8 in Asia and 2 in Africa.
We need to address the problem at its source. And the source is not the US or Europe.
