City officials say they have to allow his deliberately offensive display or get sued.

So get sued! Who cares? It's expensive to sue. Especially if the city refuses to answer the suit or respond to any pleadings. More expensive still if the "teacher" gets a court judgment and the city refuses to pay or even respond. Takes years and thousands of dollars -- and requires the cooperation of local marshalls who can be persuaded to be very uncooperative.

Go ahead...make this scumbag sue. Meanwhile the children are protected from evil. Isn't that worth a fight?

If the defendant refuses to answer the suit, the plantiff gets wins a default judgment. It is actually the cheapest and most lucrative outcome possible for the plaintiff.

Actually, this may not be a bad thing.

Sue the school system out of existence.

"Just desserts" as it were.

The parents need to start “monitoring” this attention-whore’s classes to “observe” him in action.

If they catch him in an improper act in the classroom, he can be fired for cause.

When our last kid graduated a half dozen years ago, the office secretaries were still decorating the front entry for every holiday and celebration except devil and allah worship and the kids, on the whole, are good decent future adults.

Hubby and I ate out (yes, a rarity) a few days ago and there was a Christmas tree decorated with football stuff from all the area schools. I didn’t see one devil ornament in the bunch nor was anyone offended there wasn’t one.

Thanks, I’ll continue to live right here where we’re not assaulted every day with the evils of the world.

He’s an admitted Satanist.

How many teach but are actually closeted Satanists? Why is it that they also seem to end up working in day cares and preschools?

Corrupting children is the objective.

What about the Christian teachers working in public schools, who are essentially teaching paganism and do not even know it?

One popular book in middle schools at the moment, has a father who scuttles a gambling ship because it was discharging raw sewage into the water (allegedly). Act of domestic terrorism + environmental radicalism! The end justifies the means??

Smith says he’s never experienced this level of hatred from supposedly religious folks who preach love, tolerance and acceptance.

No, it's the left that preaches love, tolerance and acceptance of sin. The Bible says that God hates sin and that we are to hate sin, even while loving the sinner. There is nothing in the Bible about tolerating or accepting sin. Sin is an abomination to God.

But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. —2 Timothy 3:1-7

You do not understand. He is not the one whose pockets will be affected. There are a number of Christ-hating legal organizations, such as the Freedom From Religion Foundation mentioned in the article, who receive large grants of money from atheists. These groups encourage individuals in small, unwealthy towns pursue these test-case stunts, putting small towns into the red with the costs of defending against these evil lawsuits. And the atheist multi-millionaires and billionaires pay the complainant's legal bills. They regard this as "social justice."

Yes, but how will they collect a thing if the town (Boca Raton IS a wealthy town, btw) REFUSES to respond, or pay any judgments? What if the Governor of Florida tells state police and marshall to disregard the ruling of Federal judges, as they do not have jurisdiction over religion in municipalities? What is SOMEONE...ANYONE...just f**king FOUGHT BACK?

My point. Why does the town simply refuse to pay, and work with the Republican governor to block any enforcement of the judgment?
