Various news agencies are now reporting that Carlo Cardinal Caffarra, Archbishop Emeritus of Bologna, has died. He was 79.

He was one of the four Cardinal signatories to the "dubia" to Pope Francis regarding Amoris Laetitia. With his death, the only signatories still alive are Cardinals Walter Brandmuller (nearly 89) and Raymond Burke, 69.

My knee jerk is that Martin is too prescient to ever hope to get a pass by the crop of Leftist infiltrators over the course of what? the last 50 years. And, to be fair, even normal Catholic thinkers found him shocking and fear inducing, as well. You know what I mean. Now, however, it seems too much is playing out for even the naive to further deny the warnings of Fatima, other saints, etc., and the events of Malachi Martin.

I’m sure this is all sad affairs for you, as well, with your experience among the Jesuits you knew. I think even today there must be plenty of Jesuits who are still excellent teachers of truth. I am sorry for what has happened to their Order’s name.

I appreciate your reply. I felt that Malachi Martin possessed unique insight. Did you listen to his Art Bell radio interviews? His book, Hostage to the Devil, is absolutely mind-blowing. Amazing. But then I learned about the seedy side of the man, as revealed in Clerical Error. Not the first time. My learned Jesuit professor, who guided my dissertation, was later dismissed from the Jesuit university because of sexual improprieties. Go figure.

I am not claiming to be a Prophet. I am claiming to be a student of Abba Father YHWH's Word. I have listened to the Bible being read for several years now, and studied the text in Hebrew/Aramaic and Greek at the same time. When you get that familiar with the whole story, you begin to see connections that are often missed.

For example: Why did Jesus walk on the sea to catch up to his disciples? (Matthew 14:24) Just to show that He could? No! He did it to tell us that He was "the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river" (Daniel 12:08) This means that the key to understanding the end-times is in a proper dividing of Daniel 12:11-12.

The words in italics were added by the translators, verse 11 reads: “And from the time the daily is taken away, and the abomination of desolation is set up, one thousand two hundred and ninety days." So 1260+30 days after "the daily" is taken away, the anti-Christ will set up the abomination of desolation, and we know that that is 1260 from the start of Daniel's 70th week and 1260 days from the end.

So what is "the daily" that will be "taken away"? Well, it is certainly not the daily sacrifices that the Jews will present in the Third Temple, because that is what the anti-Christ will do at the midpoint. So who offers themselves as "living sacrifices" (Romans 12:1) and asks for "daily bread" (Matthew 6:11) but those who believe in Jesus Christ as their Savior and LORD?

So, if I am still here in October, 2017, it will be because I was not "found worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass." How about you?

Really? Not according to these statistics:

Worldwide, the average life expectancy at birth was 71.5 years (68 years and 4 months for males and 72 years and 8 months for females) over the period 2010–2015 according to United Nations World Population Prospects 2015 Revision, or 69 years (67 years for males and 71.1 years for females) for 2016 according to The World Factbook.

These men were *well* beyond average life expectancy.

I studied Biblical Hebrew for years under the tutelage of a rabbi, on the graduate level. Sorry, I’ve forgotten much of it. But I do suspect that we may be living in the Last Days. So much is going on. I addressed this in my most recent book: Apocalypse Rising.

I DID get to hear the Art Bell interview! And, very recently, as in the last three weeks. I recall that Art inquired in one interview of Martin, how much of the story events might the reader be taking as “true”.

Martin replied, “about 80%”. Now that is shocking.

I wonder if there really was a seedy side of Malachi, or was he slandered after death, or could it be true before he became devout, or if and when. No doubt he was surely disillusioned, bitter or outraged perhaps. I will check out CE.

All I a saying is when I hear “so-and-so dies at 80” I think “so YOUNG!”

I have noticed the age when I say that has been creeping up steadily for the last few decades.

I do not know with absolute certainty what is the situation with Malachi Martin. The book I mentioned was written many years ago, authored by a journalist who covered Vatican II in Rome, where he and his wife became acquainted with Martin. In short, he claims that Martin seduced his wife, who subsequently left him.

I do know that Martin left Rome under what could be viewed as suspicious circumstances. He was relieved of his clerical duties, but why? It is all shrouded in mystery. And how could such a disgraced person write such powerful books like Hostage to the Devil? I have no answers.

What I do suspect is that so many disturbing world events are coming together as we speak. Could we be living in the Last Days?
