Various news agencies are now reporting that Carlo Cardinal Caffarra, Archbishop Emeritus of Bologna, has died. He was 79.
He was one of the four Cardinal signatories to the "dubia" to Pope Francis regarding Amoris Laetitia. With his death, the only signatories still alive are Cardinals Walter Brandmuller (nearly 89) and Raymond Burke, 69.

He was also a signer of the Dubia regarding Pope Francis's immoral, homosexual Amoris Laetitia.
He also corresponded with sister Lucia of Fatima.

OMG is this the third Cardinal who dared to question Pope Francis who has died? Something very sinister appears to be going on.

79 is nothing these days. My dear mom just passed away at 92. There are too many unsettling occurrences here. Pope Benedict is years older, and still alive.
79 is the new 52.
Just the second one. But it does seem suspicious.
I am not Catholic, but have tremendous respect for the RCC. I even have a Ph.D. in Theology from a Jesuit university LOL! Long story. But I am very concerned about the direction that the Church is taking under this present Pope. Benedict was much more faithful, and I wonder why he abdicated?
Windswept House readers were so braced for what has come since that book was published that it is uncanny. Too prescient for words.
Of course in my own case I read it for the first time only couple of years ago. By then, it had unfolded so crystal clear that it could put my eyes out.
Now comes lay theologian Dr. Kelly Bowring putting names and nations on the table along side the warnings of Saints, popes and seers, and apparently at great cost to himself and his family. THAT is a price that accompanies blunt truth. No namby pamby is he, at taking the course of “nuance”, common to the mutterings of the day.

Seems that those Cardinal’s who would restrain the Church’s decent into apostasy are being taken out of the way. What could that mean? Look up! Your redemption draws near!
We will find out someday. But it’s only speculation now.
