How lovely is Your dwelling place, LORD of Hosts. We long and yearn for the courts of the LORD; our hearts and flesh cry out for the living God. How blessed are those who live in your temple and praise you continually! (Selah). How blessed are those who find their strength in you, and long to travel the roads that lead to your temple!
We pray psalm 57 for the President, Vice President and Christian leaders You have given us. Be gracious to them, God, be gracious to them, for they take refuge in You. They seek refuge in the shadow of Your wings until danger passes. They call to God Most High, to God who fulfills His purpose for them. Reach down from heaven and save them, challenging the ones who trample them. You, O God, send Your faithful love and truth.
They are surrounded by lions; They lie down with those who devour men. Their teeth are spears and arrows; their tongues are sharp swords.
God, be exalted above the heavens; let Your glory be over the whole earth.
They may have prepared a net for their steps; They may battle being despondent. BUT when their enemies dig a pit ahead of them, they will fall into it! Our hearts are confident, God, our hearts are confident. We will sing; We will sing praises. We will praise You, Lord, among the peoples; We will sing praises to You among the nations. For Your faithful love is as high as the heavens; Your faithfulness reaches the clouds.

FATHER GOD,
Remember how You protected Daniel when his enemies conspired to throw him into the lion’s den. You shut the mouths of the lions and the king threw his enemies in the pit.
Please vindicate President Trump as you did for Daniel.

HOLY FATHER, our nation weeps to see the treatment You have been given. Whether it be the majority or only those in power, they have put any thought of You into a box and attached the lid. Your warriors shall increase in number to set right the atrocities You have witnessed. This will be in Your time and we watch for Your sign.
