Men also wore a sort of diaper, a piece of cloth wrapped around their “loins”. This was ancient and Jesus is often depicted with such a piece of cloth and I don’t doubt he wore one under his tunic.

Interesting. When they say clothes made of cotton did they weave it, use a loom, or some other form of cloth?

The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.

So, there must have been a difference.
