MANY YOUNG ADULTS ARE TURNING TO WITCHCRAFT AS A WAY TO REBEL AGAINST THEIR CONSERVATIVE CHRISTIAN UPBRINGINGS
Young adults in America are far less likely to identify themselves as “Christians” than previous generations of Americans, but that does not mean that they have given up on searching for spiritual meaning in their lives. According to Wikipedia, one very popular form of witchcraft known as Wicca has been growing at a rate of more than 100 percent annually in recent years, and this has been happening at a time when Christianity has been in decline in the United States. Of course other pagan and occult groups have been exploding in popularity as well, and as you will see below, one of the primary reasons for this is because many young adults are seeking ways to rebel against their conservative Christian upbringings.
I have written much about how young adults in this country are far more politically liberal than their parents and grandparents, and this enormous cultural shift in values has a spiritual dimension to it as well.
A recent Barna Group study found that only 4 percent of Americans aged 18 to 29 have a Biblical worldview.
Only 4 percent.
The shocking truth is that the values of most Millennials much more easily fit into pagan spirituality than they do into most evangelical Christian churches.
If you want to sleep around with as many people as possible, that is okay in witchcraft. If you want to take drugs and get high every day, that is okay in witchcraft. If you want to be a radical pro-abortion feminist, that is okay in witchcraft. If you want to be a gay transsexual exhibitionist, that is okay in witchcraft.

They may have parents who characterize themselves as “conservative christians”, but the children are indoctrinated in government schools. Their upbringing is not conservative and is not christian.
When these children graduate from college, they will be full blown commies and socialists.
Homeschooled children, on the other hand, are more likely to adopt their parent’s values.

While I can understand the seemingly legitimate concerns about Harry Potter, I’m not so sure I believe martial arts involves the supernatural. It seems to me it’s like the discussions we get into over the Christmas tree.
There’s a guy by the name of Curry Blake who was involved in martial arts at one time and talks a little about it.
He’s convinced there’s a spiritual aspect of it that needs to be avoided by Christians.
I’ve heard what he’s said about it and I agree with him.
Maybe I’m being more conservative than most but with it comes to the supernatural, I don’t see the point in taking any chances.
The enemy is an opportunist and if you give him an open door, he will take it.
IMO, it’s not worth the risk.
Wiccans believe that they are practicing White magic, which is good as opposed to Black magic which is evil.

Its more than ‘Millennials’ that have become Politically Correct and offended at every opportunity, I can finally begin to see what is coming, what I had wondered about since long ago, just as it says in Scripture that I was never sure about its meaning or how it would apply,

I did Christian based karate and there was nothing odd about it. We practiced technique, then proceeded to bible study following practice.

‘Wicca’is an English import, that began when England put the anti-witchcraft laws on the shelf in the 1950’s.
It was a fellow named Raymond Buckland, a practitioner from England, who came to America, and had a few books published here.
The religion picked up speed in the 1960’s, and hasn’t stopped yet.
