Pope Francis: ‘Muslim Terrorism Does Not Exist’
Breitbart ^ | February 17, 2017 | Thomas D. Williams, Ph.D

In an impassioned address Friday, Pope Francis denied the existence of Islamic terrorism, while simultaneously asserting that “the ecological crisis is real.” “Christian terrorism does not exist, Jewish terrorism does not exist, and Muslim terrorism does not exist. They do not exist,” Francis said in his speech to a world meeting of populist movements.

I don’t know how Catholics can deal with this guy.

Well, for me, the authority of the Pope doesn't extend to times that the Pope is incoherent. I plan on him living the remainder of his life, and being judged. Anything he says must be taken in the light of perennial Church teaching, and must not contradict it. He refuses to say clearly anything that is binding on all the faithful. No extraordinary magisterial authority whatsoever.

If a Pope came out as Muslim, would he still be infallible?

I left the Church and they’ll never get another dime of my money. That’s how I dealt with Francis and the Church’s warped New Morality. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

No, and also by being a manifest public apostate, would ipso facto cease to be Pope.

The question was rhetorical, but sadly, not farfetched. Another formerly rhetorical question: “Is the Pope Catholic?”

I agree with those who say he already has ceased being Pope.

“Christian terrorism does not exist, Jewish terrorism does not exist, and Muslim terrorism does not exist. They do not exist,” Francis said

Well, that's a relief.

To me, Benedict is the Pope, not this imposter.

But he's not in any power to change things.

This Pope is delusional.

No he is not. He is a hard left socialist if not marxist. If one accepts my premise everything he has done is perfectly logical. He is destroying my church and that is part of the plan.

Muslim terrorism does not exist. They do not exist

Even when THEY say they are killing for allah??? I'll bet it's news to them that they don't exist. An awful lot of people have died in the last few decades because of Muslim terrorists, so did they not exist either? What's this guy smoking?

A sure sign he is on his way out.

The fact that Catholicism as a whole accepted pope Benedict and then accepted your current pope who seems to be the polar opposite indicates to me that the vast majority of Catholics are not tuned in to what is going on in your Church...The next pope may even be far worse that this one theologically speaking and Catholics will follow along none being the wiser...Interesting times we are living in...

I agree with those who say he already has ceased being Pope.

Yeah, but as long as he lives in the Vatican, wearing the pointy Papal crown, holding the Papal scepter, sitting on the Papal throne, wearing the Papal robes, traveling in the special Papal planes/vehicles, holding special Papal audiences and delivering Papal encyclicals, he REMAINS the Pope of Rome.
