A recent guest lecture at Swarthmore College by a prominent homosexual seminary professor highlighted a growing argument among the so-called queer community that Jesus was bisexual.
In particular, the Rev. Patrick Cheng, a professor at the Episcopal Divinity School in Massachusetts, told the students that Jesus was a subversive person and Gods way of queering the world, so to speak.
Cheng said Christ was always coming out in the gospels and that Christ is God coming out.
At its heart, Christianity is queer, Cheng told the students during the Feb. 7 talk. Its not just a matter of being tolerant. Christianity is queer at its core.

Albrecht Switzer debunked this kind of heterodox thinking back 100 years ago.
Its amazing how many people try to reconstruct a historical Jesus who happens to fit their archetype character traits. Homosexuals see only a sexually confused Jesus. Liberationists see only a free thinker and revolutionary. Feminists see only a gender neutral Jesus and ordained women, ect.
Bias enters into the teachings of Jesus if one doesn’t honestly sit down and read more critically their own notions about what Jesus “would” have been like.
More crap from the colleges...which the idiots continue paying for.
This bozo so-called professor knows nothing about anything, least of all about having any knowledge whatsoever concerning the Old and New Testaments.
Further proof that the Episcopal Church is dead. The Church of Vickie Gene Robinson.
There's speculation that the wedding where Jesus turned water into wine was Jesus's own wedding. Otherwise, why would his mom be concerned that the wine had run out?
It was customary that young Jewish men marry, and one of a father's duties was to help his son find a wife and arrange the marriage. Mary and Joseph would have been thought lacking in their parental duties if they had not done this.
Anything resembling logic is homophobic to the left.
It was the wedding of a family member or a close relative, such as James the half-brother of Jesus. Scripture very clearly and specifically articulates that there will be only one wedding ceremony involving Jesus, and that has not yet occurred.
Somebody is going to Hell.
... says it all right there.
Deus vult.
God will not be mocked. Look up!
Well, she did say to Him, "They have no wine" rather than "We have no wine." And, when the maitre d' tasted the wine, he called the bridegroom to ask why he "kept the good wine until now". If the bridegroom was "really" Jesus, why not say so?
Mary and Joseph would have been thought lacking in their parental duties if they had not done this.
Concerning Jesus, Mary and Joseph knew what their parental duties were, and they were not the same as for the other siblings. None of the other kids had to be removed from the country to avoid assassination attempts by the government, for example.
Oh really?
Well, your deathstyle cannot procreate and has diseases that cut life short.
God is the Giver of life and your statements are completely antithetical to The Gospel .
A prof advances a very weird (queer) theory to promote deviant homosexual behavior. At least “queer” is more fitting than “gay”.
Nothing new, an egghead with the mind of an idiot... who takes these muck rats seriously a anyway? These folks still believe their ancestors were dung beetles. They also smell real bad.
"Queerness is at its heart radical love, he said."
For goodness sake! I am so tired of people undoing good things for their own selfish desires.
They have exceeded the total depravity line as well.
You know that they don’t even believe the sewage that they are spouting, but just doing it to poke Christianity in the eye.
Most college “religious” professors I’ve known were stark raving atheists, through and through.
Gee what a surprise (NOT):
"Are you concerned that Neil Gorsuch belongs to a far-left church?"
"He belongs to St. John's Episcopal Church in Boulder, Colo...
...Rev. Susan Springer has said she is pro-gay marriage and offers blessings to same-sex couples
The church's Rev. Ted Howard also signed a letter slamming the 'disrespectful rhetoric' directed at Islam as Trump floated a ban on Muslim immigrant"

The “Queer Christ” doctrine, of the Episcopal Divinity School.
Is that the divinity school Supreme Court Nominee Gorsuch’s “pastor” went to?
Gorsuch attended Columbia, Harvard and Oxford. No divinity studies at any of the three.
