2 Timothy 3 (ASV) - 3 But know this, that in the last days grievous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, railers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 without natural affection, implacable, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, no lovers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, puffed up, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God; 5 holding a form of godliness, but having denied the power thereof: from these also turn away. 6 For of these are they that creep into houses, and take captive silly women laden with sins, led away by divers lusts, 7 ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 8 And even as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also withstand the truth; men corrupted in mind, reprobate concerning the faith. 9 But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be evident unto all men, as theirs also came to be. 10 But thou didst follow my teaching, conduct, purpose, faith, longsuffering, love, [a]patience, 11 persecutions, sufferings; what things befell me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: and out of them all the Lord delivered me. 12 Yea, and all that would live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. 13 But evil men and impostors shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. 14 But abide thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of [b]whom thou hast learned them; 15 and that from a babe thou hast known the sacred writings which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16 [c]Every scripture inspired of God is also profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for [d]instruction which is in righteousness: 17 that the man of God may be complete, furnished completely unto every good work.
Heavenly Father, Hallowed be Thy Name in all the Earth . . .We Praise Your Holy Name,
It is with heavy hearts we come before Your Throne pleading for mercy because as a nation we have turned from You. . .a nation that was created for its people to do Your Will . .to spread the gospel throughout the world. We humbly ask for Your forgiveness for our lackluster reverence for, and devotion and adherence to Your Word.
We are dismayed about the evil that is permeating all facets of our country . . .Government, Family, Military, Business, Education, Churches, Medical Field, and the Media.. We pray that Christians in positions of leadership in these entities will be bold in their testimony and look to You before making any decisions,
We pray for President Trump and Vice-President Pence to seek Your wisdom, waiting on You for answers and the right time to relay Your message. We ask for protection, rest and encouragement for them, their appointees and families.
We pray for our troops and others who are in harm’s way guarding this country at home and abroad. Please surround them and their families with Your loving care. For those who do not know the peace that comes from knowing You as Lord and Savior, please put people in their path that will show them the way to Salvation. Please place, a mighty hedge of protection around them and supernaturally let them recognize and destroy the enemy.
We pray for those being attacked and persecuted for Your Name’s sake in this country and around the world. Please provide them with Your love, safety and resources. Let no weapon prosper that is coming against believers in Christ. Heavenly Father, we ask You to please eradicate the enemy that is planning in secret to destroy our country, its values and those who are standing for righteousness.
We thank You for exposing already so much evilness in this country. Please give our President the will and the knowledge to bring them to justice and impart regulations and orders that will stand to prohibit repeat manifestations. We pray without hesitancy for You to take out those in positions of influence that are creating havoc with evil intentions.
Heavenly Father, how You must grieve over the way the churches have faltered in their ability to speak Your inerrant Word. Many churches in our nation have fallen by way of the worldview rather than Your View. We pray for You to rise up an army of church leaders that will not sway from the Truth but instead will boldly proclaim the Gospel and preach the tenets of Godly living that will change the attitudes and behavior of our country’s leaders and citizens.
We pray for a Supreme Court that will fear You and reverence Your commandments and precepts and for legislators that will only create and pass laws that are in Your Will.
Father God, please bridle the tongues of those who are willfully and wantonly attacking our President and his leadership . . .out those, even within the Republican party, who are trying to undermine his ability to protect and defend our country.
We pray for Your nation of Israel. That its people will once again look to You for their existence as a “nation whose God is the Lord.” We pray for Israel’s leadership to not falter or succumb to those who are outwardly or secretly making plans to destroy Your chosen people and land.
We bind the evil forces that are influencing our media’s actions. We pray that Truth will prevail all across our nation. Please give us the mindset of putting into practice that which we know to be true . . . that when we are in Christ we know the battle belongs to You, Lord. . .You are our All-Powerful, Ever-Present and All-Knowing God.
We know time on earth is but for a little while compared to an eternity (either heaven or hell) awaiting each and every one of us. Help us to spread the Good News of Your Son who died so that those who choose to believe in His Death, Burial and Resurrection will spend that eternity with You.
You, Heavenly Father, are in the very details of our lives. Please shelter us under Your Almighty Wings. Please provide hope, well-being, protection and blessings for those all around the world who have today joined this Free Republic thread in prayer.
Until we see that Great and Glorious Day, we will give You, Father God, all the Praise, Glory and Honor.

Help us, Lord, to run this race to the end. We ask a blessing of peace on this land, that a healing may take place, although as a nation and as individuals, we do not deserve it. Help us to help our President turn the eyes and hearts of many around to embrace the primacy of Your Natural Law. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Lord, we praise Your holy name. You did not have to share Your glory with mankind yet You chose to put Your love on display in man.
You made man in Your image so we could freely choose to partake in the vast riches of Your glory. Each of us have chosen poorly and sinned against You, not just once but often, by thinking, saying & doing things that do not please You.
Yet in your mercy You became the sacrifice for us. So now we don’t have sinless life as our goal, but loving and trusting the sinless Savior, Jesus Christ, who perfectly fulfilled every jot and tittle of the law in our place.
Our blessed Messiah sacrificed Himself, died, then rose from that borrowed tomb and is exalted in heaven this day. He intercedes for us who put our trust in Him and when the Father says, go get My children, He will indeed return.
This is God’s will concerning us, that we would receive the perfect Gift of Jesus in exchange for our sins.
Lord give a double portion of Your faith, love and understanding to all that hear this precious truth deep in their souls and cast their cares on the Only One who can save them from righteous judgment. In the only name that saves, Jesus Christ, I pray.
