Not in favor of this at all. The N.O. has an excellent translation that mimics the 1966 missal.
Leave the liturgy alone, please.

They should have left the liturgy alone prior to VC II. After 50 years, the NO liturgy is still being "translated". There's no need for any translation if you keep the liturgy in one language only, as it had been until VC II.
The Keys of Peter may need to pass from Francis, and perhaps from Rome itself, for such time as God deems necessary to prevent the gates of Hell from prevailing against His Church. They may pass to Econe, or to one as yet unknown, but the Apostolic Succession, True Faith, and True Sacraments will be preserved.

Paul VI never dared to put into writing that the old Mass had been suppressed. He knew he had no such power. After Summorum, everybody understands that the Pope has no such power.
The NO liturgy is not the pre-Vatican II liturgy.
And “pro multis” doe not mean the same as “pro omnibus”. And it took years to correct that.
Amen to that. In the last few years alone, as part of my music ministry, as a choir member, I have learned some Latin words.

“Vade Retro Satana”?
“The NO liturgy was translated to match the Latin.”
Yeah, all three versions.
Oh, Joy. This was one area that Francis had heretofore left relatively untouched. Now it’s back to the 70s Trotskyist, Maoist perpetual liturgical revolution again. Lord have mercy!
