Persecution on a wide scale basis is knocking at the doorstep of every true believer, and the frequency and intensity of the knocking has exponentially increased. Just 8 years ago, no one was confused about which bathroom to use...and now, you can be expelled from West Virginia University for not properly using the correct invented pronoun to address anyone who is in a state of "transition" (read: Confusion).
There has been a swing in the societal pendulum from common sense to delusion, and the argument can be made that the momentum has significantly increased over the course of the past 7 years under a lawless administration.
Being unable to reason is now the majority, and those who can reason, especially those who hold to traditional understandings of our existence and purpose are subjected to a hatred and public humiliation not seen for millennia.
Get your house in order. Hold fast to the truth. Be prepared in and out of season to defend your faith. Do not fear those who can only take your life...fear the One who can destroy body and soul for rejecting His tenants and His free gift of reconciliation in the person of Jesus Christ.
There is no longer a soft middle ground. The time is coming...sooner than we may expect. Chose this day whom you will serve.

Nonsense . If 75% of American were actually Christians they would believe his word and follow him and we would not have all the confusion going on we do. Christianized does not = Christian.

That’s assuming that all Christians are properly informed. No, most Christians are mis-informed, conditioned to mistrust the wrong media outlets. I call them ‘low-info patriots’, the kind of people that were completely in the dark until Trump woke them up.

I believe the Canadian hostages ISIS beheaded in the Phillippines were named Robert Hall and John Ridsdel.

But when ministers/preachers have been educated by jaded leftist professors and then avoid entering politics out of fear of losing tax status for donations, the entire system has been stacked against the truth for a long time now.
If ministers are mixed up in the head, and even the ‘pope’ is mixed up in the head, how can you expect your Christian on the street to know how religion applies politically?
For example: some people say, “I’m religiously opposed to abortion, but it’s the woman’s constitutional right to choose.”
Or ...
“The right to enter the US is sacred. Borders are evil by nature.”
Or ...
“Guns kill people. Thou shalt not kill. It’s in the 10 Commandments, so what do we need handguns for?”
I remember some hymn we sang in church that included: “ ... the earth is being worn like a tattered hem ...”
We didn’t have Google back then, so I assumed it was in the Bible somewhere. I thought it was a prophesy predicting the earth’s deterioration.

Elijah gave up on Israel....but the God of Israel didnt need anything from Elijah to bring Israel back.
Was it the prayers of Jews in the concentration camps cause Israel to be born again in 1948? No, the Jews probably thought God have given up on God. But God brought to life the prophecy of Ezekiel 37.
God does things according to his will. Perhaps he is fed up with the rise of iniquity, led in large part by George Soros, he who betrayed his fellow Jews at the wrong time.
There is a reason people are giving up, things look really bad and so called prophesies like this tell us its all our fault.
Perhaps God is getting ready to end the era of Eli the priest and start an era of Samauel.
How many Christians have fought hard for pro-life and still the abortion side is still strong.

America is now a lawless nation that is governed by people who do what they “feel” like doing . Too many American’s are confused about what is right and what is wrong and that is why we have the problems we have. Personally I blame the pulpits in the churches of our country for the ignorance .
God has a solution to our problem .

Amen to your Post 17! In my profile I suggest an outline for an ‘Under God’ constitutional amemdment. I think it’s important to add that part of that amendment should be a united confession. Only problem is getting 3/4 of states to agree with the exact wording, so for the most part the confession should be vaguely worded.
But 3/4 of states do agree that ‘gay’ marriage is wrong. So perhaps we could overwhelmingly agree that:
‘We as a nation have been far too tolerant of exposing decent people to sexual depravity. We charge the US congress to pass legislation that clearly flags to people when such wickedness is visible so that they can better shun it. We further empower state governments to ban public displays of such wickedness during the month of December and during holidays.’
I realize that many here on the forum would like to go much further than that, but knowing the sinful nature of man, that might be the best we can achieve.
I had felt called to write the ‘Under God’ suggestion prior to 08 28 and had suggested similar amendments previously.
There has not been much encouragement, but I strongly believe that most Americans crave to unite under God once again. They bury it beneath their subconscious.
And even now, I think that we should step lightly until after Election Day.
Trump has his challenge and we have ours. I don’t expect any help from him on this front. In fact, he would most likely oppose this idea.
But Trump’s mandate goes well beyond him. It’s OUR mandate, and we can later make it God’s mandate.
We need to offer ultra-reasonable suggestions so that the wicked are compelled to make fools of themselves by rabidly opposing it. Only then do we gain headway.
