THE WORD OF FAITH HERESY THAT TEACHES JESUS CHRIST WAS BORN AGAIN IN HELL
Now The End Begins ^ | January 30, 2016 | Geoffrey Grider

Among the many heresies and outright lies taught by the Word Of Faith movement, the false doctrine that Jesus Christ became born again after suffering in Hell at the hands of the Devil is among the most pernicious. This whopping lie is taught by is taught by Joyce Meyer, Benny Hinn, Kenneth Copeland, Kenneth Hagin, as well as nearly every other false teacher in the Word Of Faith movement.

I agree, with you on that about and that’s why Acts 17:11 is in place but as for Joyce, I think you and I might be apart on that there’s nothing, wrong with that. While I don’t agree with what she says or writes, I don’t condemned her or people that do like her teachings, there’s no fruit in it instead I give my disagreements in a loving way and leave at that.

No one with a minimum of Bible understanding would make such a stupid issue as this. The Bible states that Jesus could not sin because HIS SEED REMAINED WITHIN HIM. Jesus w9ould not need to be born again since He never died spiritually.

Nope. Christ said “It is finished” on the cross and the veil in the temple was torn at the moment of His death indicating the Father had accepted His sacrifice and the way back to God was open. There was no more suffering after Christ’s death. The descent to hell was a victory tour.

...people who claim to have *accepted* Christ who never showed any spiritual growth at all in the least, and yet, because they allegedly prayed a sinner's prayer and maybe had an experience in getting knocked down (or dropping) at a Pentecostal *revival* service, they are told they are saved.

One must confess with their mouth AND believe in their heart.

Sure, Jesus can heal you, give you lots of money, make your life great, want to accept Him? Who wouldn't for those kinds of benefits? And there were crowds who followed Jesus here on earth and heard Him speak Himself with their own lips, who followed Him only for the free food handouts.

But if you really don't see your need for Him and believe Him for SALVATION, then simply professing Him because it sounds like a sweet deal, I doubt is going to save anyone.

Mouth profession alone is not enough. The Pharisees professed to know God.

The free-food aspect of your very fine post immediately reminded me that this is likely the main reason the Lord Jesus Christ said that He is the Bread of Life and that believers in Him ought "to eat of His body and to drink of His blood" as often as we will.

Our relationship with Him is all or nothing. Not mere rituals performed repeatedly without real life in them and mostly for show.

Christ was somewhere during the three days from death on the cross to the resurrection.... where was he?.... he was paying for our sins

No, the sin issue was dealt with on the cross.

The three days in the grave, He was making a spectacle of the demonic powers in hell.

The Mount of transfiguration demonstrated that the soul/spirit body looks like the flesh body.

It DID?

Every since then when a believer dies they go straight to Heaven.

Then just who are the UNLUCKY 'dead in Christ' that are going to RISE at His return?

1 Thessalonians 4:16
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

I agree that you replied with something.

It did NOT show any proof at all about what you asserted.

According to Solomon, in Ecclesiastes 12:6-8 (only going to type verse 7) Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God Who gave it...

Moses and Elijah's flesh bodies most certainly returned to 'dust', and their 'soul/spirit return to the Maker who sent it.

This 'born again' is junk Bible... Born from above is what Christ taught.. just like He partook of a flesh body Hebrews 2:14.

You are confusing the spirit and the body. The perfected body will be resurrected just as Christ’s body was resurrected IAW the Scripture you gave. The Scripture I quoted speaks of the spirit.

The Scripture I quoted speaks of the spirit.

Is it your contention that each dead person's 'spirit' is now in Heaven?

Believers: YES

I guess we won't be needing these scriptures...

Daniel 12:2
Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt.

John 11:12-13
His disciples replied, “Lord, if he sleeps, he will get better.”
Jesus had been speaking of his death, but his disciples thought he meant natural sleep.

1 Corinthians 15:51-52
Listen, I tell you a mystery:
We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed—in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet.
For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.

Ephesians 5:14
This is why it is said: “Wake up, sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”

1 Thessalonians 4:13
Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope.

Or these...

Exodus 32:32-33
But now, if you will forgive their sin—but if not, please blot me out of your book that you have written.”  But the Lord said to Moses, “Whoever has sinned against me, I will blot out of my book.

Daniel 12:1
â€œAt that time shall arise Michael, the great prince who has charge of your people. And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never has been since there was a nation till that time. But at that time your people shall be delivered, everyone whose name shall be found written in the book.

Philippians 4:3
And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.

Revelation 3:5
He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

Revelation 13:8
And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

Revelation 17:8
The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

Revelation 20:11-15
"Then I saw a great White Throne and him who was seated on it. Earth and sky fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and THE BOOKS WERE OPENED. Another book was opened WHICH IS THE BOOK OF LIFE. The dead were judged according to their works as recorded in the books. The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to their works.  Then death and Hades were thrown into the Lake of Fire. The Lake of Fire is the second death. If anyone's name was not found written IN THE BOOK OF LIFE, he was thrown into the lake of fire."

Revelation 21:27
Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.

“Daniel 12:2
Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt”

Their bodies!!!

“John 11:12-13
His disciples replied, “Lord, if he sleeps, he will get better.”
Jesus had been speaking of his death, but his disciples thought he meant natural sleep.”

Again their bodies!!!

“1 Corinthians 15:51-52
Listen, I tell you a mystery:
We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed—in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet.
For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.”

Again their bodies!!!
imperishable... hmmm.... what is perishable? THE BODY!
Spirits never ever decay thus or not perishable.

Again the body for the rest of your Scriptures

Or these...

I don’t understand what these Scriptures have in the debate.

Since you have a different idea please explain these Scriptures?

2 Corinthians 5:8 King James Version (KJV)

8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

Or better yet this Scripture...
“the souls” for their bodies will be resurrected at a later time.
Revelation 6:9 King James Version (KJV)

9 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:

Revelation 20:5 King James Version (KJV)

5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

By your thoughts then the story in Luke 16:19-31 about Abraham, Lazarus, and the rich man are a lie because there they are dead in the ground and there hasn’t been a Resurrection yet.

The story in Luke is true and there bodies will all be resurrected, but their spirits are with our Lord.

I'd RATHER BE a lot of things; but that don't make it so!

If saved spirits are in heaven; then there is no reason for a White Throne judgment.

If 'bodies' are going to come from tombs; there is gonna be a lot of reconstructing going on from ashes and dust!

“I’d RATHER BE a lot of things; but that don’t make it so!”

But you couldn’t answer the question, so keep studying the Holy Scripture you will learn it in due time.

“If saved spirits are in heaven; then there is no reason for a White Throne judgment.”

The Great White Throne Judgement is for the damned NOT the saved.

Again keep studying.

“If ‘bodies’ are going to come from tombs; there is gonna be a lot of reconstructing going on from ashes and dust!”

So the God that created all of this from beginning to end and everything in between is going to have problems “reconstructing” it? The same God that created Adam from the dust of the Earth and Eve from a single bone of his will have problems doing it again? The God that created the entire universe and raised numerous people from the dead to include our Lord and Savior?

For future reading and studying.

Matthew 27:52-53
Ezekiel 37:1-14

I would suggest that you not put the Almighty God into such a small human type box. It doesn’t lead to the kind of faith that a child of God should possess.
