Religious leader thanks God for abortionists, calls them heroes

Tell us again how you love Jesus and support abortion.

That’s what Reverend Harry Knox, leader of the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice (RCRC) does on a regular basis. The head of the religious group that supports and promotes Planned Parenthood, and does so in the name of God, wants to be sure that in the season that Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus, his group of religious leaders would have supported the right to abort the Christ-child. In a letter to the RCRC’s email list this month, Knox wrote:

Thank God for abortion providers.

Thank God for all the doctors, nurses, clinic escorts, patient advocates and every one else who works tirelessly to ensure a woman seeking an abortion knows she is safe in the deep love God has for her.

Thank God for these courageous and compassionate people who put their lives on the line every day to selflessly serve their patients.

These people are heroes.

As a ‘man of God,’ Knox has astounding gall to thank God for the people who shed innocent blood, who kill the helpless and voiceless and all those who aid and abet in their demise. But not only do Knox and his “religious” coalition thank God for those who kill, he also calls pro-lifers the real purveyors of destruction:

This is terrorism. And its targets are not just doctors and clinics. No, this is an all-out attack on women’s health care.

These domestic terrorists would like to eradicate all access to safe abortion. And they have sought to severely limit access to birth control.

These attacks are immoral and unconscionable.

What’s really immoral and unconscionable is acting as if the overwhelming majority of true pro-lifers, who help women and their children every day, are somehow connected to acts of “domestic terrorism.” What’s also unconscionable is supporting an industry which purposefully targets the innocent for destruction, calling this destruction freedom, and bankrolling profits that help support the six-figure salaries of those in the abortion industry. No person with an intact conscience could do what Planned Parenthood and other abortion facilities do and call it an honest day’s work.

Knox continued:

To stand by in silence as these attacks are ongoing is just as unthinkable. The Rt. Rev. Desmond Tutu is credited with saying, “If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor.” Our faiths compel us to stand up and say no.

Knox is right. It is unthinkable to stand by in silence in this situation of injustice, in which an entire group of humans – the preborn – is neither given a voice nor a trial before their execution. Pro-lifers must not permit the oppressive, unjust killing of the preborn to continue. And religious pro-lifers must speak up and step out to counter this “faith” where it makes the loudest noise.

RCRC’s member organizations encompass a spectrum of churches, including the United Methodist Church (UMC), the Episcopal Church, Presbyterian Church (PC-USA), and other mainstream as well as fringe religious institutions. This branch of religious trumpeting is often more vocal (or as least gets more press) than pro-life, biblical adherents.

This Christmas season reminds the world of the most significant unplanned pregnancy in human history; yards are filled with manger scenes of the baby Jesus, the Savior of the world. But the fact remains that in a culture of death, those lives which are weakest are the most vulnerable. While the nation takes a Christmas holiday, abortion providers don’t. And as Knox makes clear, some ministers use the pulpit to promote this cruel method of death.

Jesus came that we would have life and have it more abundantly (John 10:10). Knox would do well to return to the good book for a refresher course on true Christianity.

The fact that Joseph and Mary did not even consider an abortion should tell this so called Christian that abortion was and is frowned upon by God.

Planned Parenthood is an all out assault on womens’ safety.

They’ve been caught on tape coaching minors to lie about their pregnancy (their own age, the age of their partner, and never to say they were raped or were coerced into the act). PP is also against parental notification saying that if the girl is being molested at home, it could open her up to more abuse. Planned Parenthood’s solution is to let sexual predators and rapists continue about their acts, it is good for business.

Planned Parenthood is also for botched abortions and against seeing to it that women who are injured are provided timely professional medical care.

From LifeNews.com:

The Obama administration has a history of hiring pro-abortion activists for top staff positions. Now, a pro-abortion former member of Obama's faith advisory committee has taken a new position heading up a pro-abortion religious group.

The Reverend Harry Knox, a former official with the pro-abortion Human Rights Campaign who has served on the President's faith-based commission, will begin as the head of the Religious Coalition on Reproductive Choice (RCRC) in July. The Episcopal Church pastor received rave reviews from the pro-abortion religious group.

"The Board of Directors of the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice (RCRC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Reverend Harry Knox as President and Chief Executive Officer of RCRC, the nation's coalition of organizations from 15 denominations and faith traditions committed to reproductive rights and justice," the group said.

Reverend Dr. Alethea Smith-Withers, Chair of the RCRC Board of Directors, said, "In the current climate of relentless attacks on abortion and birth control in the name of religion, our country needs the faith-inspired courage Reverend Knox brings to safeguarding and advancing women's health and the dignity of all people."

Knox says of his appointment to the pro-abortion position: "There is no more vital work to be done in this historic moment than stopping the rollback of women's access to health care and self-determination. Women need more health care resources and options, not less."

Although he never mentioned abortion in his statement, Knox said he would work to target youth with the pro-abortion message.

"Young people are a priority for RCRC and we look forward to an expansion of engagement with youth and young adult leaders through our Spiritual Youth for Reproductive Freedom program. Church, temple or synagogue should be the first place people of faith and their families turn when facing difficult decisions about reproductive health," he said."RCRC will continue to lead in providing faith leaders the resources they need to offer responsible guidance and support. I ask for the prayers of all those who care about reproductive justice as I begin this new role."

Institute on Religion & Democracy presdient Mark Tooley, who is pro-life, responded to the news.

"Few liberal lobbies in Washington are as shameful as RCRC, which claims God opposes any restrictions on abortion," he said. "Seemingly withering over the past year, RCRC has found a new chief with ties to wealthy liberal donors. RCRC will need them, as almost all of its member liberal religious groups are spiraling in membership."

Knox came under fire for attacking the Pope, who recently said that condoms are not the answer to the AIDS/HIV crisis in Africa. He called Pope Benedict XVI a liar and said he should "start telling the truth about condom use" and claimed the Catholic leader was "endangering people's lives" and "hurting people in the name of Jesus."

Woe to them who call evil good and good evil.

Elections matters and it is tragic that so many people do not know or do not care that by electing a party that has supported abortion as well as the gay agenda since the 1970s they empowered these evil people. Look at all that has happened since Obama was elected. Every time a Democrat President has been elected during the past forty years more abominations have been expanded upon. We are bringing destruction upon our nation. Pray that enough people will wake up and get a conscience.

Sometimes girls are specifically targeted for death because one, two, or three of the parents wanted a different baby.

So, the author of the article thinks these people (abortion providers) are heros? OK...let’s take a look at the deception that they are REALLY heros of:

(excerpt)

https://www.jashow.org/articles/guests-and-authors/dr-john-ankerberg/the-legalization-of-abortion-the-untold-story-behind-roe-v-wade/

The Legalization of Abortion – The Untold Story Behind Roe v. Wade
By: Dr. John Weldon

Judie Brown: Well, we’ve done a study of how Roe v. Wade came to pass, because after Justice William O. Douglas passed away, all of his records were made available to the public. And we had a team of researchers go down and literally sort through 4,000 boxes of Justice Douglas’ papers. And what we learned from studying all of those papers, which related to the Roe v. Wade decision was really, really horrifying.

First of all, we realized that Justice Brennan, who is the so-called token Catholic on the Supreme Court, literally advised Justice Blackmun every step of the way on how to craft judicial arguments that would make it possible to legalize the killing of innocent babies.

There is also a memo that Justice Blackmun sent to Justice Douglas in which he pointed out that his aim, through Roe v. Wade, was going to be to legalize abortion, no matter what steps he had to take. He wanted to minimize the damage to the judicial process, however, in such a way that he would come up with the most logical argument that the Justices could possibly use.

But they had to legalize abortion. And so they knew, when they took the case, Roe v. Wade, and Doe v. Bolton, that they were, in fact, going to legalize abortion. The only question that was in their minds was how to do it. This is why the Justices chose, in 1972, when they heard the arguments, to eliminate all medical discussion from the hearing. There were no pieces of evidence allowed in that courtroom with regard to the humanity of the child in the womb.

And that, in fact, is why the Justices were able to say, “Physicians and theologians do not agree on when life begins, so we will simply not discuss that issue. This is strictly an issue of a woman and her right to make a decision with her doctor.”

So the humanity of the child was discounted immediately,

because Justice Blackmun and Justice Brennan both realized that, if they were to take a good look at the evidence, medical evidence, with regard to the existence of the child, they would not be able to legalize abortion. And they had already made up their minds they would legalize abortion.

Satan bestrides the Earth, and nowhere does The Prince of Lies have a greater stranglehold than on The Episcopal Church (TEC) and its clergy & lay leadership. TEC has embraced every tenet of Stalinist dogma while concurrently rejecting all of its articles of faith. It no longer can be considered a Christian organization; it simply is a tool of the Devil. It’s no surprise that Mr. Knox — “The Reverend” does not apply to this evil creature — comes from a corrupt, dying, blasphemous cabal of unbelievers.

So we should thank God for murders and serial killers who torture and dismember and burn alive their victims before they die?

If muslims did it to people they’d be castigated as the rabid animals that they are.

And abortionists are HEROES?????

Boy, is someone in for the surprise of their life when they die and stand before a holy God.

Somehow, I just knew that this “man of god (Baal)” was an Episcopal priest! They’re nuttier than the Unitarians and his associate, the “Reverend Dr. Alethea Smith-Withers” is obviously presiding over the genocide of her own people.
