Cardinal Burke tells Mass of Ages quarterly that Catholics should be 'very concerned'
Cardinal Raymond Burke has said that if the family synod opened the way for divorced and remarried Catholics to receive Holy Communion then it has "departed from Catholic teaching in a very fundamental matter".
The cardinal, patron of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, made the comments in an interview with Mass of Ages, the quarterly magazine of the Latin Mass Society.
But communion for Pelosi and Kerry OK.
Yes, but parishioners will feel much better about themselves. Why be so judgmental? Can’t we all just get along? Give hope a chance. Yes we can.
I must be a theologian as I knew this obvious truth too.
You can desecrate Jesus yourself, but the Church will not tell you it is OK, only that it is your free will to bring damnation upon yourself. All that power we have!!
==========================
I must also be part of your theologian club as I knew this obvious truth too. I even try not to judge the Catholic politicos who are reported to have broken the rules.
We are taught not to cast the first stone but some folks find that stone just too irresistible to toss when some Catholic politicos misbehave.
John 8:7 (KJV)
So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.
P.S. The "her" in the sentence above DOES NOT refer to any politico.
That's not what Bergoglio, Kasper and Marx will tell you; but then again, none of them are "the Church".
It's sorry to see that Pope Francis is not in y'alls club.
It's "Protestant."
No Catholic should ever say "y'all," either. It is an evil word, just reeking with anti-Catholic bigotry and hate!
Unless it's used by a Black person, in which it assumes a sacred liberal glow second only to the "f-word."
