Oh for crying out loud.
Spit up a rope, would you?
The Bible tells us *exactly* where Joseph stored the grain.
Genesis 46-48
46Now Joseph was thirty years old when he stood before Pharaoh, king of Egypt. And Joseph went out from the presence of Pharaoh and went through all the land of Egypt. 47During the seven years of plenty the land brought forth abundantly. 48So he gathered all the food of these seven years which occurred in the land of Egypt and placed the food in the cities; he placed in every city the food from its own surrounding fields.â¦
Pretty sad when you have to dredge up an article from 1998 to find a quibble point. This article is an unnecessary denuding of the nation’s forests.
As far as I know...NO one has established the end-purpose of the Pyramids. No, it’s not a proven science or proven history item....so anyone can still say more or less what they desire.
I will admit, for grain-silo purposes....it’s a marginal one-star possibility. Generally, you’d want a place where it’s near the fields, and this really doesn’t fit the requirement.
To the author:
OH, go take a pill.
Well disagree with Ben’s grain theory but there a lot more things to be concerned about with Ben Carson.
He is basically a weird neurosurgeon who is clueless on the issues and seems over medicated most of the time. Not a stellar candidate.
As some ancient astronaut theorists believe?
*sigh* Judah was one of Joseph's brothers. Their father was named Jacob and was called Israel by God.
Great research!!!
I hope you can explain how important it is to the illegal immigrants and Syrian ‘refuges’ that Bath House Barry puts in you neighborhood.
The Great Pyramid of Khufu was not the first pyramid, nor did slave labor build the Egyptian Pyramids. Herodotus and Josephius are not always accurate sources.
This is pathetic.
Carson only claimed that God told Joseph to build the pyramids. The presumption that God had to tell Joseph the technique is purely a non sequitur.
I disagree with Carson, but the attempt to make this into a theological crisis is pure, unadulterated nonsense.
And Carson most plainly was rejecting the alien theory as ludicrous.
Disappointing. I expect better than this stupid pap from PJMedia.
I don’t necessarily buy the “grain silo” argument but to contend such an argument is an insult to God is nonsense.
His christianity is lacking in real knowledge, but I’m a LOT more concerned about his other positions. Wake up America! Why are you allowing yourself to be fooled once again, this time by a republican black man with very concerning allies and friends. He is Obama with an R behind his name. Just as dangerous, really because it would take a while for blinded followers to actually wake up to the reality of being fooled by such a gentle-seeming man. I cannot believe this is happening all over again!
Conceding that the theory is historically pretty flaky, this sounds like a gross overreaction.
What a stupid reply to a stupid statement.

Actually, this is backwards. The oldest pyramids are the biggest. Egypt went from a golden age, and then collapsed. Everything is reversed with Egypt, chronologically.
And, BTW, we CAN'T reproduce the Great Pyramid, even today.
Can. NOT. Do. It.
You Truympkins will even sink to the level of attacking a man’s religion if he gets in your guy’s way.
