The fact that this is even being considered is sad, pathetic, and tragic. And I say that without any sense of superiority. Because we in the US might well see something like that soon as well.
When monuments are removed, and streets are renamed, all in an effort to combat “hate”, anything is possible.

States and localities used to have anti-blasphemy laws. The fact that a false religion is supporting them from its own doctrinal viewpoint does not discredit them in the slightest.

The Left's plan seems to be:
1) Appease Muslims.
2) Let them grow numerous and strong enough to agitate for change.
3) Use their energy and rage to overthrow conservatism/Western Civilization.
4) Turn them into obedient slaves of the new Welfare State.
I think they are going to have a lot of trouble with step 4)...
