Victory is good.
One victory does not win a war.
Good news.
It is maybe a sign for hope in the gay marriage case. Maybe the gays pushed the issue too vigorously. I know she is old and she is reaching for legacy, but Ginsberg once saw that Roe v. Wade was a leap to judgement that has caused turmoil even to this day. Now if the Catholic bishops can end their silence and join the likes of Franklin Graham and say NEVER.... But we have three liberal women, including two second-raters on the court, and are joined at the hip with the gays and ought not to be taking part, and so feel no shame.
As a person who was edcuated in college by the so-called “Catholic” Jesuits, the Dominicans were always a bastion of Conservatism...still are.
I had the good fortune to go to school in the Diocese of Nashville with the St. Cecilia Dominicans as my influence. Glad they won!
