Councils of Lyons (1274) and Florence (1438-1445) and fianally COT solidified your sacraments and that’s tradition from the Apostles yeah sure it is, lol.
And if you read the history of the Early Church as written by the saints, you will see that there were Sacraments celebrated. In fact, Justin Martyr’s description of the Mass is so close to today’s Mass it is amazing.
