The Jewish leadership didn’t try and stone Him because of his teachings, they tried to stone Him when He said “I AM”. They all knew His meaning, that He was God and they all screamed blasphemy.

He left no wiggle room for them and He leaves none for us.

Not true. They consider Him inferior to Muhammad, they do not believe He is the Son of God, they have NONE of His teachings in their Koran --- no Sermon on the Mount, no Beatitudes, no parables, none of his ethic, nothing --- and they do not believe He was crucified for the redemption of the world, nor that he rose from the dead.

No Incarnation, no inspired Teachings, no Redemption, nothing.

But other than that, sure....

Previously, the cable network dramatized the writing duo’s “Killing Lincoln” and “Killing Kennedy,” but considering the precarious condition of Christians in the Middle East, “Killing Jesus” is timely, to say the least.

For some reason I am having a Jim Bishop deja vu moment.

I’ve heard, from a reputable source, that O’Reilly gets the ideas for his books and his co-author Dugard actually does the research and writing. As to whether or not allegations that O’Reilly actually reads what Dugan writes, or at least the final version that goes into print, I don’t know.

Or, if could be a real bomb.

We don't know which. Regardless though, I think it's safe to say it might make a few people suicidal. Which is sad, in of itself. But hey, as long as it wouldn't be written in a cartoonish way, I think it quite possibly could light the Muslim world on fire!

All of this can only be a good thing. Right?

I read both of those books. This is just my opinion, there was really nothing new in them. Not particularly scholarly. I love biographies and have read many over them over the years.
