No. If you’re validly baptized a Catholic, then you are a validly baptized Catholic. There’s no way to wash away baptism. If someone is received into the Church after baptism elsewhere, they are still a member of the Church even if they become a lapsed Catholic. It’s just that simple.
Yet you say that baptism saves you.
