I think it's found through something like reverse engineering like how even Christ was Catholic.

Or how Catholics wrote the Old Testament.

Thanks for posting. I always find these witnesses to be very interesting. It demonstrates that we each have a path with many twists and turns.

accepting Jesus as their Savior >>

where is this written in the Bible?

1Ti_4:10 For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.

Heb_2:13 And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me.

2Co 3:3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.
2Co 3:4 And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward:
2Co 3:5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;

Luk_1:47 And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.

Eph_5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

2Ti_1:10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:

Your religion neglected to tell you that you will find it if you search the scriptures...They don't want you to know that...

Once a Catholic always a Catholic.

Once a priest, always a priest.

Baptism leaves an indelible mark on the soul.

Yep, you've sold your soul to the Catholic religion...And you can't get it back...

Just like the song, 'Hotel California'...You can check in but you can't ever check out...

Did Mother Theresa “sell her soul”?

If you were baptized with the Trinitarian formula, you would be considered Catholic, but not fully united with the Body of Christ, His Church.

The point is, "an indelible mark on the soul" does not mean the same thing as full union with His Church.

Says who??? The Catholic religion... hahahahaha...There's not a single former Catholic who has left that religion for Jesus Christ who believes that nonsense...

It's insane that you guys repeat junk like that...

You'll have to ask her but from her personal testimony, I wouldn't bet on her being in heaven, or purgatory...

I don't think I'd use her as a reference...She admittedly never led a single person to Jesus...Didn't even talk to them about Jesus...All she did was try to make them comfortable on their way to hell...

Any one of any faith can teach at Catholic-affiliated universityies and any one can work for Catholic Charities. Catholics can teach at Oral Roberts University or any other institute of higher learning. The first requirement for teaching are your credentials, not your faith background.

Well I will ask you the same thing. Post a story on FR of a well-known Catholic theologian who came to the conclusion that he had been living a lie so he converted to whatever protestant faith. I’ll be waiting till hell freezes over because you can’t.

“Once someone has met Jesus, there are no more questions”.

As a BELIEVING Catholic that actually believes in the Real Presence of Christ at the Eucharist I meet Christ every time I attend Mass.

You never did. And that’s why you are no longer a practicing Catholic. End of story.

The CCC is the blueprint for understanding the Holy Bible.
The exact same way any King James Bible has a study guide.
The exact same way that Jimmy Swaggart Expositor Bible is sold to anyone that believes in the stuff Swaggard teaches.

“I wonder where THAT is found in Scripture”

Why don’t you call Francis Swaggard and ask her. Also let her know that Catholics are not really Christian and you used to be a Catholic. She’ll offer you a job.

“So Catholic universities are not Catholic”

Some are. some aren’t. What none of them are IS THE Catholic Church. And I think you know the difference so now saying, “So Catholic universities are not Catholic” is simply not an honest assessment of what I said. The Church is the Church. A religious order is NOT the Church. A university is NOT the Church. Only the Church is the Church. This is not difficult to understand.

“Wait, wait, wait. Haven’t we heard that there is no division in the Catholic Church?”

I don’t know, have you? There are no denominations in the Catholic Church. There are plenty of people who do not properly represent the Catholic faith.

“Francis is the first Jesuit pope,”

Yep, and probably the last. It took almost 500 for there to be a Jesuit pope and it might be another 500 before there’s another.
