Heavenly Father –

We pray that Your mercy and Providence prevail in the coming elections. We confess as a people we have turned away from You and the principles of Your Holy Word.

Give us a heart of repentance and zeal to know You and love You with all our heart. With the power of the Holy Spirit, may we keep Your commandments and be known as a nation whose God is the Lord.

Keep all our heroes, who fight the battles on all fronts – physically, morally, and spiritually. Shield them in Your special care. May Your presence dwell in them and give them strength in the power of Your Spirit.
