Ill call him Fr. John. He was a charismatic Anglo Catholic priest.
A friend of my brother Daryls well call Henry died suddenly in a plane crash and he was upset because although Henry was a believer he was away from God when he died.
So Fr. John said, We have to have a requiem Mass for Henry.
They went into church and locked the door for privacys sake. Another priest well call Fr. George celebrated the Mass.
Henry was about twenty years old. He was just over five foot tall with a shock of blonde hair and a wide face with freckles.

I think your corn has a little "funny-weed" in it. :o)
When my daughter was in high school, for about a year and a half, she was having a dream about an attic, not our attic, someplace that she had never seen. There was a little girl in the attic, that was crying and begging for help. Then one day, my daughter came downstairs, all smiles, saying that she wasn’t going to have the dream any more because the people had sold the house and let the girl out.
Two weeks later the people that she working for moved...into the house with the attic. She claims to have seen the girl several times in the house, running through the living room. At least she wasn’t in the attic. The house had been a half way house for Canadian criminals on probation.
Well, YEAH, you're fine and your mother would be VERY proud of how you've turned out...psychic-ness notwithstanding.
Better "psychic" than "psycho."
Well, thanks. But she’s pretty much negative on all her family now, lol!
“The sad fact of the matter is Fr. John eventually left the priesthood and left his wife to live in sin with a boyfriend.”
— I stopped right there. This pervert cannot be a credible witness in my opinion, he exhibits too many loose screws in his head.—
Yes.
How can people on this thread ignore this?
Even without this clear piece of information, the whole thing is a nonsensical waste of time.
I have enjoyed Church Pop articles, but did not know they were loony tunes in this matter.
Christians need no part or interest in psychic abilities or in psychic matters. — whether “real” or fake.
What we are given in every day real life is greater than any supposed supernatural phenomenon or psychic ability.
Christ did not die for us to be superstitious.
Later in life when the ego diminishes in the mid life crisis when a person goes through the dark night of the soul the abilities return. We have no room for God when we are full of ourselves. The dark night of the soul is the great emptying or diminishing of self. Remember, no new wine in an old flask....
Hmmm, interesting thoughts.
For me is was a near death experience when I was 32 years old and all the abilities came back full force and stayed.
How nice for you.
I thought you said that it comes to all people in MID LIFE, not the thirties. Which is it? Or are you saying that the near-death experience accelerated the "abilities" return?
MANY people have near death experiences, especially if they travel, drive on freeways, drive in heavy traffic, have to park in urban areas or have to deal with idiots who think that drugs are a-ok.
So, since you are psychic you never have to ask questions, as you know the answers before they are spoken. You OUGHT to be in politics. You would have a natural edge.
Unless you are now too tired for politics. THAT is most possible!
LOL!
Yeah, well I wish they would have told me. My relatives have looked at me strangely ever since( not that I blame them.)
She will, no doubt, end her life alone, lonely, probably angry and very, very unhappy.
Thank goodness you escaped her fate and can laugh at life.
YOU are the winner.
Was Mommy kissing him? Under the mistletoe? Last night?
Amen to that.
Necromancy, a grievous sin.
Apparently a Satanic priest?
.
>> There are man people with gifts that have not developed them. <<
.
Satan will be happy to show them the gifts he has given them.
.
There’s no reason to believe anything else!
.
>> “But God is not a necromancer and He can use the dead if He wishes. He is God.” <<
.
Foolish playground talk.
There is absolutely nothing in scripture to cause anyone to hold such a belief.
Toying with the “second death.”
.
Your story is very compelling. I am glad it was a friendly entity that you saw.
Sounds like a Fringe episode.
Interesting article. It is clearly possibe to speak with the dead as the bible tells us in the Old Testament Book 1 of Samuel verses 1-28 where the woman of Endor brought up Saul, and the bible tells us that this was not a demon but indeed Samuel. “And Saul understood that it was Samuel...”
The issue is that we aren’t supposed to - not that it can’t be done. Necromancy forbids the conjuring up of spirits in order to tell the future and this is indeed a serious sin if one were to do it. However, the fact remains that the bible would not have bothered to forbid the practice if it were impossible.
By “Anglo-Catholic” I assume he meant Episcopalian. Episcopalianism is a cult. It mimics Roman Catholicism in ceremony but does not believe in the Bible and worships homosexuality, among other things.
“woman of Endor brought up Saul” was supposed to say:
woman of Endor brought up Samuel
