Mormons have some really weird beliefs. For example, many (all) Mormons believe they (males only) can take a cooking/salad oil, pour just a small drop on the crown of your head and their god will heal them of almost anything.
Mormons believe that by wearing ugly underwear bought from a specific company, their god will protect them from harm.
Mormons believe that by wearing a really weird looking costume they are taught secret ways to touch angels so after they die, the angels will let Mormons get into heaven quicker.
Mormons believe their god requires women to not wear outer clothing that covers their crotch (pants) to worship their god in a large and spacious room (chapel).
Mormons believe that a little torn piece of bread and a small sip of water that has been chanted over and then swallowed will require their god to forgive them for their sins.
Mormons believe by consuming certain foods and wearing funny looking clothes god loves them more than the rest of the humans.
It is the same with all parents. We love our children more or less depending upon how ugly their clothes are and how they consume small bits of food items.
The Mormon god must have a sense of humor watching his "SPECIAl" children called Mormons think this makes god love them the most.
Careful - he was predestined to talk like that.
I would probably not defend islime against anything. It is the most reprehensible, murderous excuse for a theology that exists. But I have met numerous Mormons and found them to be decent people in most cases.
When it comes to religion, I believe that only God knows a man’s heart, and that it is His place to judge, not mine.
So, do you think that 80,000 mormon missionaries going around the world spreading the LIE to Christians that their Christian faith is bogus, and "salvation can only be attained through arcane rituals in mormon temples' is DECENT?
These missionaries make the claim that the "gospel" was removed from the earth, and ONLY "restored" by Joseph Smith. The missionaries of other faiths decently spread the words of Christianity and are not required to peddle hate as in the examples of mormon leaders.
See below:
Perhaps you find the acceptance of these diatribes by today's mormons who cast a blind eye on mormon history to be "decent". I don't.
I believe that "decency" includes defense against false prophets and their false teachings, and defiance against SOME, who would castigate the Christians who are mounting this defense on FR.
Such terms of endearment from those Lds brethren.
What Willard thinks of Christians...
A path that SAYS it's to heaven can quite definitely be the wrong one!
Golly; I've missed THAT one!
Got any data?
Thanks for giving the ones who are complaining about folks picking on the poor, oppressed Mormons, yet another reply to ignore.
47% of them anyway...

Would you ping me to your post where you explain the gross excagerations and flat out wrong statements.
I’ve looked and can’t find it.
Where should I have placed the commas?
#340 But there are MANY who can send us down the WRONG path to Heaven.

Where should I have placed the commas?>>>>>
why ask me? just put them where you like.

I knew what you met but why should I make anything easy?

Yeah, a poet and didn’t know it.
Why single out Greyfoxx for your bash-fest response to her? There are a lot of posters that believe some pretty orthodox things. If Greyfoxx39 is so misguided for pointing out where unorthodox departs from orthodox, then God will be her judge. I daresay He doesn't need any help from you.
There. See how your line of reasoning works?
Except if that was such stellar "divine" wisdom applicable to all -- including yourself -- you obviously failed...as in an epic fail...in being able to down your own medicinal prescriptions.
In logic, this is simply call self-refuting rhetoric.
And in religious discussions, this kind of open inconsistency is rank hypocrisy.
(And it's further shameful, therefore, to have fairly balanced Mormons come into the thread and "high five" comments like this ... thereby reinforcing such hypocritical commentary)
Greyfoxx39, having been a Mormon, has worshipped and live among them. She is socially and politically conservative; she is reliably patriotic and Republican, which aligns with the general thrust of this Forum. So why bash her thread and her posts? She is not forcing any poster to read the thread, is she?
And therefore, if as you say, "freedom is about live and let live among people who will do the same," then if that's your operative philosophy and ethic...why didn't you practice it?
You could either bypassed this forum in its entirety; or, if you chose to comment, you could have done so without being critical of Greyfoxx, right?
If to "live and let live" religiously is where it's at, then why your open religious hypocrisy is not applying that ethic to Greyfoxx?
What are we to believe? Your mantra or your practice that undermines it?
Why do YOU care what Greyfoxx39 posts or religiously objects to?
After all, if you REALLY want to see some people who go over the top in objecting to others' religious practices, take a look at what many Muslim countries do to people who convert to Christianity.
Greyfoxx doesn't persecute or put in jail or kill others who convert from one religion to another.
So, I guess, by extension of your own operating principles, you should take your own Rx and move right along.
