It allows them to weasel out of a marriage they dont want to be in any more and to justify it in their minds.

Again you make a statement that is not true, for you know that annulment is a valid option in the Catholic Church, correct?

Annulment = church sanctioned divorce.

Wow. The Catholic church makes the pharisees with their additions to the Law look like second string rookies.
Vasoli says that it is done by substituting "junk psychology" for sound psychology and psychiatry. He quotes the statement of one matrimonial judge: "There is no marriage which, given a little time for investigation, we cannot declare invalid." (www.mostholyfamilymonastery.com/28_Annulments.pdf)
They make a mockery of marriage.

After hearing my responses he said I was in grave, mortal sin since I wasnt married in a church and refused to hear my confession but instead offered to pray for me.Is this REALLY infallible doctrine of the Church??

Both parties, however, must be physically capable of completed vaginal intercourse, wherein the man ejaculates "true semen" into the woman's vagina.My mind is whirling; trying to come up with what FALSE semen might be...

“In my experience, they are more likely to tell you that there is no sin...” Me, too, usually. However, I recall once going to confession about twenty years ago, when I was just out of school, and reading my list of sins through the grille. (I am a big list-maker.) The priest heard the rustling of paper and scolded me harshly, “You're not supposed to write [sins] down!” He was correct, I assume, yet my thought was, “At least I'm bloody here!” I'm now more spiritually and emotionally mature than I was then, and can see that the priest's faults — I now acknowledge he may not have had any faults that I really knew about — had nothing to do with my very real sins. I was (and am) a miserable sinner, and whether the priest be one, as well, is not my business.

The priest heard the rustling of paper and scolded me harshly, You're not supposed to write [sins] down! Well, considering the emphasis Catholicism outs on confessing every little sin one commits, what would he think is wrong with covering all your bases?
I'D certainly forget something otherwise. Heck, I can't even remember all my groceries even when I DO have a list. And I don't believe that my eternal salvation is contingent on getting my shopping list correct.
*I* wouldn't want to take any chances with that. If I can't get my shopping done without a list, I'm not putting my eternal destiny at that kind of risk.

If a Catholic enters marriage outside of the Catholic Church without the necessary dispensation, then the marriage is considered invalid and is not recognized by the Church. Moreover, this action places the person in a state of mortal sin. As you know, the mortal sin aspect is applicable only if marital relations occur, which is generally the case but not always.

How many couples can you think of who may qualify for such things as being not able to assume the essential obligations of marriage for causes of a psychic nature;
More details: http://www.archdiocesesantafe.org/Offices/Tribunal/ExplanationGr.html
and may deprive them of sufficient use of reason, or impede directly and clearly their discretion of judgment or discernment of the object of consent, nevertheless produce in them a psychological incapacity to assume, in undertaking the task in a truly committed and responsible manner, the essential obligations of marriage.
How many divorces do you think were due to this?

My mind is whirling; trying to come up with what FALSE semen might be...This is just a guess, but it might mean what is produced by a man who has had a vasectomy. That's just a guess though; I don't have any desire to research that topic myself. (I don't imagine a Google search of the phrases "true semen" and/or "false semen" would end very well)
To: Elsie
Your choices were Yes or No...Existentially and experientially my choices are infinite.
