Bill Donohue comments on the latest developments in the Catholic Leagues boycott of Guinness:
We have amassed over 7,000 email addresses from the Knights of Columbus, constituting over 1,500 councils across all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Today, we are asking the Knights to join us in our boycott of Guinness.
We are confident that many Knights will participate. How do we know? Because we have been contacted by many councils already, anticipating our appeal to them.
When Guinness pulled the plug on its sponsorship of the St. Patricks Day Parade in New York Cityover the bogus argument that gays are barred from marchingit insulted Catholics of every ethnicity. The only way to send the corporate bullies at Guinness a message is to hit them in the pocket book.

Guinness isn’t a company anymore. It is a brand of Diageo plc.
Imagine if the Irish in Ireland could be brought on board!
Boycott anything Diageo. I have no problem with gays but I certainly will do what I can to hurt the gaystapo.
Aye, Laddie!
Here’s yer pillow, bite down a wee bit.
Awesome. I would love to see ‘em go the JC Penney route.
Diaego also markets Harp lager, Red Stripe lager and
Smithwick’s ale in the USA as well as Guinness. THeir beer sales are 22% of revenue.
I would join the boycott except I do not drink Guinness because it tastes like liquefied sh!t.

For those, like me, who actually like Guinness stout or extra stout, oatmeal stout like that made by Ninkasi in Oregon is a superior substitute.
I have a local micro brewery that is making a wonderful Imperial Stout.
Craft breweries come up with superior products, don’t they?
This Knight didn’t wait to be asked. No Guinness (my favorite) and no Sam Adams for me ever again.
Thanks for the list.
I used to occasionally drink Captain Morgan. Not any more.
The pirate is gay
I’ll boycott drinking Guinness, but you’ll have to pry my Smithwick’s (now owned by Guinness) from my cold, dead hands.
Craft brweries seem like the way to go these days with corporate “PC” running rampant
