Obama controls 90% of the judiciary. I wouldn’t be surprised if they ordered the school burnt down and all kids to be seized and adopted by homosexualists.

Take a stroll through the Bill of Rights and find that we don’t yet have to worry about troops garrisoned in our homes, and defendants still have the right to defense counsel. The 2A is kinda, sorta put up with, only because even rat pols know they’ll lose their jobs if they oppose it too hard.
Other than those, the Bill of Rights is kaput.

If it is true that he was hired at a time when the policy he mentions was in place, then he has a case. Has the school come out to refute his claim that this was on their website?

"I was told I could either divorce or be fired," Zmuda told reporters at his lawyer's Seattle office. "How could anyone ask anyone else to make that kind of choice?"I think it would be an easy choice, if you were really committed to your marriage. Who would want to work for an employer who gave you an ultimatum like that? Walk the walk, Zmuda!

All the protests in the world can't change what the Supreme Court has already ruled -- 9-0 -- that religious institutions have a "ministerial exemption" to employment non-discrimination laws.
DETAILS HERE.
His case will not succeed, if the school hires even a barely functional attorney.

At our Christian school, all employees sign a contract that is very specific about living out Biblical sexual morality, and what will happen if they don’t.
In some of these recent cases, the teachers or administrators who were fired didn’t have a morals clause in their contract.
Big mistake.

If your employer has a sexual orientation nondiscrimination policy, and they then fire you for being a homosexual, you are probably going to win in court.
Any court.

One of these cases is going to be decided in favor of the homos by a liberal judge. Then SCOTUS will decline to review the case. Then next step will be to repeat the process, but in the area of demanding that homos be wed in the Church.
Some clergy will refuse and go to prison, some will wed homos gladly, and most will probably hold their noses and go along with it.
