The scientists who talk about “alternate universes” would be quick to deny that there’s anything spiritual about them.
Fact: Christians don’t need any stupid ideas from pseudo-scientists to support faith in God and a spiritual existence beyond this one.
Fact: There is no scientific evidence to support the idea of an “alternate universe.” “Alternate universes” are in the realm of science-fiction, not science. They are the harebrained ideas of pseudo-scientists who are trying to discredit religion.
What about fractals? Shapes replicate themselves endlessly, both larger and smaller. What's to say there aren't other universes, infinitely larger and infinitely smaller than our own which we can't comprehend?
Isn't our cyper-existence a reality that opens the door to accepting spiritual worlds we can't see? I have an existence online that people who know me in our physical world don't experience as part of the "me" they know.
I have crazy quasi-beliefs. I don't accept them as 100% for sure truth nor do I discount their possibility. These beliefs involve contemplation of a spirit world, where people's spirits stay as long as there is reason for them to do so. It's the guardian angel of religious belief. I can't prove that's true, but can anyone prove it isn't?
“Alternative/parallel” universes are one of the ways “scientists” are trying to explain the impossibility of “abiogenesis,” life magically springing from lifeless chemicals. It’s obvious that this is laughably impossible no matter how many billions of years they claim. But they figure that if there’s billions of years on billions of parallel earths, THAT’S the ticket! LOL!
